Waiting for @SpaceXStarlink seems as slow as my @Xplornet internet.... I had to turn off my wifi to send this tweet.... So bad.

  • moegaultier Moe G (@moegaultier) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @CNN That's great, however, the CRTC is misleading. I suspect the avg numbers are being propped up by urban areas with fibre. Also misleading is this "up to 50mbps" nonsense... I'm a Starlink client now and enjoying the vast improvement in service, despite the occasional issue.

  • cpwcsk Chad Peters (@cpwcsk) reported

@saskpower has been out since 3 yesterday in Beechy area. We kept our @SaskTel landlines for use in an emergency and now they are down. Not even a dial tone. For once I am thankful for @Xplornet satellite service that is actually working, or else we would be cut off. #1950sLife

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

While this transmission tower problem may not be the fault of @Xplornet, the answers provided by the support team are completely unacceptable. How long before this tower is fixed?

  • ze1ium zelium (@ze1ium) reported

@Xplornet I’m so ******* done with you as an isp my internet has gone out so many ******* times during class it’s unbearable, **** you I hope you crumble when starlink comes out

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@SucksXplornet I’m 40 km from downtown Toronto in a rural are NW of the city. No fibe. No Bell. Just shitty xplornet for $123 a month and it’s down frequently. Even when it “works” maybe 3mg download I’m posting this on phone data because, guess what, no signal

  • moegaultier Moe G (@moegaultier) reported

@m3t4lw01f I switched to starlink from xplornet, for $25 more a month, i have a reliable internet service i can use... i consider that a bargain

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet @kevdevlyn I even rented their hub router after being told by them that it was much faster than my lynksys router. Bullshit. $123 per month for a 1.5 Mg download “speed”. My home security camera is useless when the signal creeps along. That’s when there is a signal. I’m using phone data

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

@Xplornet Are you throttling down that tower like all the others?.....I don’t even get close to the 10Mbps I am supposed to.....it’s like having dialup internet 30yrs ago again.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet They will be lucky if they get 5 Mbps on Xplornets **** service.
