  @DohfuVFX @Xplornet We just switched to a new provider. Much faster, $30 less per month, and works 24/7 whereas xplornet wouldn’t work every few hours snd when it worked it was usually much slower than we paid for. We couldnt watch netflix or work from cottage with xplornet, so slow/unreliable.

  @Xplornet didn’t replace their faulty equipment like I asked them to do months ago, said I just needed a realignment. Now it’s completely broken and I’m still expected to pay full price for a service I won’t be getting at all until at least Tuesday. #xplornetsucks

  @Xplornet It would be SO nice if you invested more in customer service so there wasn't such an enormous wait every time that it's needed to call in for some help. The last 2 recent times I had to call in because our tower quit working it was between 40 minutes and over an hour waiting :/
