  • WundringCruiser Sabrina McDonald (@WundringCruiser) reported

@Xplornet It apparently also means that you ignore any tweets regarding your service being down for the entire day?

  • JordanKennard13 Jordan Kennard (@JordanKennard13) reported

Can't wait to get rid of @Xplornet this week. 100% will not miss their ****** service all around. Not worth a penny, and penny's aren't even a thing anymore #fixyourgarbage #fuckxplornet #dialupworksbetterthanyou.

@Xplornet You can't provide steady service to the customer base you have, now yu want more customers for what? MAYBE if you stopped outsourcing your customer relations and tech support it would go much smoother- I pay almost $100/month; and the service you provide is far from it.

  • txwikinger_ea txwikinger (@txwikinger_ea) reported

@Xplornet is all your staff already on #Omicron isolation leave or why is your Internet not working?

  • DKCripple Dawn Kratzer (@DKCripple) reported

@Xplornet so you took over CCI ( who had amazing technical support) only to put me on hold for an hour and a half to call me back to put them on hold for another 30 minutes only to hang up on me! We got rid of you the first time for thiS!. Not impressed #CustomerService

Goodblaatsiaq. Any Nunavummiuqatik with Xplornet having signal problems too? I been having issues since Sunday when it's usually consistent. So far only time its off is when they're doing maintenance

  • FeministHousew1 Just_A_Small_Town_Girl (@FeministHousew1) reported

What a surprise! Again tonight our wonderful service with @Xplornet is out! Amazingly though we had 4.5 hours today when it sort of worked! So glad a Tech came out 3 weeks ago and "fixed" it. Perhaps it is what I have said 100 or more times, the equipment doesn't work properly!!

  • AaronShmyr AaronMikkel (@AaronShmyr) reported

Hey @Xplornet get it together. Your service sucks during demand time. Next call will be to @SpaceXStarlink. $100+ a month is a joke for what you’re providing us!!! It’s Christmas Day and my internet won’t work.

  • HolmesWil William Holmes (@HolmesWil) reported

@Xplornet Your customer phone line is busy. (And full of noise) Do you use Xplornet to carry your customer service? That would explain it.
