    @Mullin_95 @Xplornet You are lucky to be able to cancel. I am on day 8 of trying to get rid of them.

  • thepooppack mas (@thepooppack) reported

    xplornet would look at a 4000 ping spike and be like “ooo yeah i see that lag spike but it went back down to 60 is it better now” after doing absolutely nothing but picking their fingers out of their *** and sniffing them. this ****** idiot on call was like yea idk what to do.

  • Bigguy18993 Big guy (@Bigguy18993) reported

    @Xplornet fix your ******* **** dawg. Internet it’s out multiple times a week. Tower goes down all the time. Paying for something we don’t even get to use half the time smh

  • teatpuller30 Ryan (@teatpuller30) reported

    @Mullin_95 You’d have to move the decimal point to the left for Xplornet to compete. It’s an absolute joke, I just got the email that xplornet is increasing the monthly bill. I can’t wait for my Starlink because it’s going to be a memorable phone call when I call and cancel Xplornet.

  • JeffKuntz11 Jeffery Kuntz (@JeffKuntz11) reported

    @Mullin_95 @Xplornet Ok. Will look in to it. Hopefully it’s available in our area. Let me know how it works , as of right now we are just hotspotting from our ph, as our last internet provider was garbage.

  • BaldurBarons Nyles Desrochers (@BaldurBarons) reported

    @schuelkecorn @Mullin_95 @Xplornet Tannerite that ****. For sure.

  • MikeMuranetz Mike Muranetz (@MikeMuranetz) reported

    @Xplornet Not too happy with your service. My parents who are seniors living in the 100 Mile House, BC area haven't had internet for over 3 weeks. Keep getting ****** around with service calls. They miss family video calls especially in these Covid 19 times. How can you help?

  • PattyOorschot Patty van Oorschot Deering (@PattyOorschot) reported

    @Xplornet Here’s a thought…Perhaps you could FIX the service you bill customers in rural NB before expanding? Your internet service is spotty at the best of times and with people paying significantly higher fees than those of us who are fortunate to have good service. STAR LINK for sure

  • Triipez xTriipez (@Triipez) reported

    @Xplornet Internet has been down since 10pm lastnight in dunvegan Ontario. Is It maintenance or should I call support about this?

  • BlueSerenity15 Kaz 🇨🇦 (@BlueSerenity15) reported

    So, @Xplornet has once again decided to shut down the network during daytime hours. They don’t consider those of us who work from home. What about our lost wages or reimburse users for loss of service for the day? Most providers do their service overnight. I emailed & no reply🤬
