  • FrankReardon1 Frank Reardon Photos (@FrankReardon1) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@Delaunay_Mic @Xplornet Only NWT is affected by rain. Unless that has changed. It gets so slow I can’t even open google. The service is like waves on a beach

  • FrankReardon1 Frank Reardon Photos (@FrankReardon1) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@tinammorrissey @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic I don’t understand if most everyone is having issues with @Xplornet and the @XplornetSupport say there are no issues. @CRTCeng you should really look I to this please.

  • FrankReardon1 Frank Reardon Photos (@FrankReardon1) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@CCG_Retired @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic I think I am going to end my service with them after 10 years on the day of increase.

  • kivalliqboy Jimi Onalik (@kivalliqboy) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@FrankReardon1 @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic Ours has been brutal for about two weeks. A little better today. Noticed that YouTube stayed super fast, even when the rest was too slow to even load Facebook

  • Knickelbein Mat K. (@Knickelbein) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@Nuliayuk We are very very happy with our service from #Xplornet but feel pinched by the end of the month... and I'd gladly just pay for the overage fees... but they have been telling us that it's not an option.

  • tattuinee ᑯᐹᒃ ᐅᒃᑯᖅ ᑕᑦᑐᐃᓂ (@tattuinee) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@kivalliqboy @KentDriscoll IMHO what you’re paying for is reliability of service. You can leave the tap on with NWTel and it’ll still provide the service. Qiniq closes the tap for you. Ice doesn’t have same customer base because of service issue and xplornet has its own challenges.

  • tattuinee ᑯᐹᒃ ᐅᒃᑯᖅ ᑕᑦᑐᐃᓂ (@tattuinee) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@kivalliqboy @KentDriscoll IMHO ice wireless same as xplornet have a certain pipe size and when it has too much demand they can still only provide so much bandwidth. That’s why they cap out or slow down so frequently. Only so much pipe.

@RobHoule55 @Xplornet Wow. That is SLOW.

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

@DerekMacEwen @peterbevanbaker Not just a do-over, but look at the original province-wide plan that had a technical approval from the federal government three years ago, and was displaced by a nasty deal with these two companies. Much of the Xplornet money is to improve profits, not service!

  • seanpolden Sean Polden (@seanpolden) reported

@RobHoule55 @Xplornet I was just looking at them for rural service.

  • CanSoccerHist Canadian Soccer History Archives at Home (@CanSoccerHist) reported

Hey @Xplornet what's going on tonight? Had no service since around 6pm!

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet selling your garbage overpriced service to Farmers who work hard for their money. shame on Xplornet. It's no wonder that everything you post has nothing but negative comments on it

  • staynerjohn John McConnell (@staynerjohn) reported

@Xplornet @Xplornet I have your service and I’m still looking for high speed internet. Know where I can get some??

  • RobHoule55 Rob Houle (@RobHoule55) reported

@Xplornet You can't properly handle the volume of clients you already have, so focus on proper service to them rather than trying to sign up more users who will further stress and slow download speeds.

  • 150c_vapour Matt Crane (@150c_vapour) reported

@DerekMacEwen @Bell @Xplornet Bell should pay the province to put their advertising-ware (aka wifi access points) in the parks or completely white label the sign-on. No way that was up for any consideration I'm sure. Remember too there are still massive stretches of dense pop north shore that get bad cell.

  • ryanmjjj Ryan M (@ryanmjjj) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@lcmacewen @Xplornet Just call support and threaten to change plans. Works with every service provider. They’ll offer you some discount or some other offer.

  • brian_wiggy123 Brian Thomas (@brian_wiggy123) reported

@Xplornet hey do guys have service through cell towers yet?
