    @Delaunay_Mic @Xplornet Only NWT is affected by rain. Unless that has changed. It gets so slow I can’t even open google. The service is like waves on a beach

    @Alethea_Aggiuq @sijjakkut They've never been huge but to their credit Nwtel, Bell and even Xplornet have all rebated us over the years. It's never been huge but on occasion it has been a couple hundred bucks or more depending on the severity of the complaint. Patience and persistence is usually needed.

    @tinammorrissey @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic I don’t understand if most everyone is having issues with @Xplornet and the @XplornetSupport say there are no issues. @CRTCeng you should really look I to this please.

    @Nuliayuk We are very very happy with our service from #Xplornet but feel pinched by the end of the month... and I'd gladly just pay for the overage fees... but they have been telling us that it's not an option.

    @FrankReardon1 @Xplornet @Delaunay_Mic Ours has been brutal for about two weeks. A little better today. Noticed that YouTube stayed super fast, even when the rest was too slow to even load Facebook

    @Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet What is their definition of "full speed"? You get the full speed you pay for? Or Our network is full so you'll get the speed you get. I think I know which one.

    @Xplornet That's rich. So you actually guarantee some servicable level of speed now? Naw, you continue to take ridiculous liberty with the term "up to". In the case of anyone I know who's used your service, that typically means 3 down/.25 up. #Juststop

    @Xplornet So xplornet launched a plan that you've been selling for a while now.... again? "deploy state-of-the-art scalable hybrid fibre wireless technology in its facilities-based network" Pointless jargon much? It's too late, people are now just waiting for #Starlink to roll out.

    xplornet is the worst ISP ive ever had to deal with. so glad starlink is coming to my location within the next month or two

    @ChristiFriesen @Xplornet They bought out netset. My service stayed the same. Even get free service calls still. Which was a netset thing not an xplornet thing.
