brandon (@billgatescooka) reported@Xplornet And now you’re doing gigabit to compete with starlink you have no interest in the customers them self only to sell what you have to and make money I know in the past you would upgrade some towers but it would never be enough to fix your speed issues

Now it’s 3-5mbps or less the majority of the time & not strong enough for work requirements or to even have 2 devices at the same time. No changes to my devices or network connections. #frustrated

Gerard Cooke (@GerardCooke8) reported@jbondguy007 @Xplornet Your lucky. The Pugwash NS tower most nights is around 5 to 7 download and maybe 2 upload if you are lucky but we are paying for up to 50 down and 10 up. Never got more then 2 up once
