@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Man, running any of their social media, PR, or customer service, it must feel like you're a borderline scammer, eh? Like, you have to justify customers every day overcharging for something so basic, but knowing they have no alternative. The real Martin Shkreli of ISPs.

@Xplornet Fix your network, stop trying to be a social magazine, these random tweets is just making your customers angry. They pay too much for too little and all xplornet cares about it posting random bits of internet.

@Xplornet got a complaint going with CCTS. Looking into signing up with Starlink. Cand we get a customer class action lawsuit going against this company for the constant lies, beyond horrible service and high cost rip-off of there lack of service?

Frustrated with @Xplornet yet again for saying "it may be just traffic" and denying that they overload towers with clients. I cannot work my day job currently because of the sudden drastic slowdown in speeds, and the person I spoke w/ treated me like I was stupid.

@rammyramramram @Xplornet If you want support faster call in asking to sign up for service. You'll get sales in a heartbeat. Then tell them what's wrong. It's the same guy working both lines anyhow.
