@SpaceXStarlink @elonmusk When can we sign up for service in Ontario. Approx 44 Lat. My kids cannot do homeschooling with Xplornet most of the time and I have no other options. I signed up for beta in July.

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Xplornet with ur service? I don't think so, they wouldn't be able to upload **** all !!!

  • moegaultier Moe G (@moegaultier) reported

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @CNN That's great, however, the CRTC is misleading. I suspect the avg numbers are being propped up by urban areas with fibre. Also misleading is this "up to 50mbps" nonsense... I'm a Starlink client now and enjoying the vast improvement in service, despite the occasional issue.

@debEbanks @XplornetES Yuck I used xplornet in the early 2000s. Satellite. Horrible service horrible customer service. Dumped them and went to Bell cellular. Bell had the infastructure.

@Xplornet Good idea... Burning down your own equipment to collect the insurance before Starlink puts you out of business is a sound business strategy.

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

While this transmission tower problem may not be the fault of @Xplornet, the answers provided by the support team are completely unacceptable. How long before this tower is fixed?

  • ze1ium zelium (@ze1ium) reported

@Xplornet I would reach out to your tech support but sometimes I really don’t feel like waiting 3 and a half goddamn hours for some dude to tell me to restart my router

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Katy_marsh86 @Xplornet There's nothing wrong with Xplornet. You pay the bill, the money goes into @APLenehan's pocket. No problem! How dare you suggest we are anything other than just a cash cow. You'll get what Xplornet gives you and you'll LIKE IT!

  • DBTuner Terry Somers (@DBTuner) reported

@Xplornet Why has internet in the national capital region of Canada been down for hours? Do you not know many people are working from home due to Covid and require internet service?

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet To me, this honestly hurts their reputation more than it helps xplornets. If Xplornet thought I was doing good, I'd probably rethink my whole business strategy because xplornet is a terrible ISP. Honestly, their data plans are stuck in 2012.
