june ⭐️🌙 (@junee_swift) reported@xplore_ca are you experiencing an outage? I’ve tried connecting through an Ethernet cable (no luck), I’ve done a power cycle, I checked my account to make sure it was nothing on my end. Why haven’t I had internet for longer than an hour since before Christmas? #xplorenet

who cares (@ChewyChewyChomp) reported@xplore_ca Nope. I’ve tried several times and now it’s too late. My internet has gone to **** since you bought out my previous provider.

Johnny ❄ ᔮᓂ ᖃᓴᓪᓗᐊᖅ (@JohnnyKasudluak) reportedLooks like you can't just cancel your xplornet services on you own via their website, they make you call them. Website navigation seems intentional, hard to find. Had to Google search about cancelation in order to find out it is over the phone only. Is that legal? 1/2

jerome tetreault (@tetrje) reportedDear @xplornet. Thanks so much for the worst service. 2wks for a service call is unacceptable. How can any business survive without internet for 2wks. Starlink is on it's way.

Christina Sawisky 🧡 (@CSawisky) reported from Macdonald, ManitobaBecause #Xplornet sucks so bad I’ve used all my data. I need a better option!
-
J Snow (@DrewPeacock705) reported@xplore_ca Oh ya? 3 calls to cancel advising AH was deceased and offered death certificate. Still got billed another month and called only to have agent demand to speak to my dead father. Two calls later and it is cancelled. 5 calls total to cancel.

Syd_Vakarian (@Syd_Vakarian) reported@xplore_ca wow, you charge $75 for someone to come to my house to test and see if I can get service. and if I can't, then I have to pay the $75, but if there's service available at my house I don't have to pay the $75 for the test. what in the hell is that? Gross.

Mamabear 🇨🇦 🏴 (@freshouttafacks) reported@ContrarianTribe I live in Ontario and Starlink is the only way I have internet. Our download speed was 0.5 with xplornet and Shaw. We couldn’t do online learning during covid. We got starlink and now 7 of us can stream, play online games and work at the same time with zero issue.

Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reportedDear #CRTC Journo's, Words (and people) are coming to me asking if I know anything about Xplornet ending their service in Nunavut (this is what they are being told). Any info? CC: @thewirereport @CarttCa

Death (@JasonDeath187) reported@xplore_ca I'm not sure you can help me, but my Xbox says to use IPV6. Is that available with your service and how do I go about getting it?
