  • fishingcamp Sandy Haven (@fishingcamp) reported

@Xplornet After messing around again for an hr with “technical support” that didn’t work either....1 good day 2 bad. Clear sunny bluebird skies.

  • gulag_77 your re-education camp roomate (@gulag_77) reported

@Xplornet Service contractors are sent out and left unpaid by Xplornet. Because it’s Xplornet tower at fault. Once the new tower is up and going wks from now, none of our equipment will work with it. Then we’ll wait another 3 wks for a service contractor.

  • andyjhubbs the anti-anti masker (@andyjhubbs) reported

@partspaul @Michell25471779 @Xplornet I've had my starlink now for a few months. No issues at all. Gaming works, and I've been on a bunch of Teams meetings that have lasted longer than 4 hours each. It's been wonderful.

  • BosBrad4 Brad (@BosBrad4) reported

@Xplornet I did an internet test yesterday, because it was slow, again. I have the best internet package Xplornet offers. 7.1 download speed. 1.2 upload speed.

  • FrankReardon1 𝔣𝓇𝓪𝐧k ᖇ乇𝓐г𝕕𝐎𝐍 Ƥʰᵒᵗ𝕆𝐬 (@FrankReardon1) reported

@MaryLynnMetras @Xplornet @fanCRTCProfling Yes that’s true also, I experienced that as well on my travels. It seams anywhere outside a major city the internet is poor in Canada.

  • WillKon Touchstone (@WillKon) reported

@nockturnalguy @djclimenhaga I actually have Starlink & it is awesome. I hope it stays awesome as more ppl sign up for it.. Xplornet is garbage but years ago it was decent too until they expanded the subscription base to the point that it became practically unusable

  • gulag_77 your re-education camp roomate (@gulag_77) reported

@Xplornet Both your contractors and customers get screwed over and lied to. It wouldn’t have been that hard to warn people of a scheduled outage that was set to last weeks. That would have shown some respect for your customers

  • daverooneyca Dave Rooney (@daverooneyca) reported

@ALL_CAPS When I lived in rural Stittsville, we were able to get from Community Fibre. One GB to the house for a better price than XplorNet was offering got 25 Mbps. THOSE are the companies that need support, not effing Bell et al.
