@StephenRLee @Xplornet I give them a minus now until they fix the Pugwash, NS tower. I have talked about 20 people out of buying their service out here as it suck’s especially at nights and on weekends when the signal goes from 30 download to 1

@Xplornet And it’s out again for the second time tonight. @Xplornet I want to make sure you understand, I signed up for starlink today and it will be here Friday. The way this company is run is terrible, and the service is aweful. This is why you have lost another customer.

@StephenRLee @Xplornet We had them before and they were useless .. switched to CCI and it was amazing. Now that they taking over again it's been crappy and their customer service has been less than helpful.

@Xplornet Your customer phone line is busy. (And full of noise) Do you use Xplornet to carry your customer service? That would explain it.

@brianlilley Eventually they will all just go back to TV because to be honest, the quality of these streaming services on most internet services that we can afford is terrible. None of these actually can stream on basic xplornet service. So not sure what all the hype of this is.

@Xplornet You can't provide steady service to the customer base you have, now yu want more customers for what? MAYBE if you stopped outsourcing your customer relations and tech support it would go much smoother- I pay almost $100/month; and the service you provide is far from it.

Really loving the inconsistent @Xplornet service we have. Trying to finish up the year and this crappy service is making that extremely difficult. Starlink is looking like an option and nothing would please me more than to switch to something reliable.

@SundanceConstr1 @elonmusk We switched to a smaller local wireless ISP a few years back to get away from Xplornet and their overpriced garbage satellite. Now they've bought out our ISP and already tried to kick us back to their satellite... Definitely looking at moving to Starlink as well.
