    @Xplornet We continue to have connection problems with a 30 minute wait time to technical support.

    @jnp709 No problems with Xplornet!

  • Ctbp1999 Crystal (@Ctbp1999) reported

    @Xplornet Oh I’ve tried. It’s not an issue you’re willing to fix. Your service is substandard

  • sheepfarmbecca Rebecca Parker (@sheepfarmbecca) reported

    @Xplornet I have done this in the past and it improved my service for a while and then it just dropped back to horrible service. Last time I was told to just buy a better package. My package I last signed up for promised up to 5 Mbps on a regular basis. I rarely even get 1.

  • LaurieAllen19 🇺🇦🇨🇦Story_Of_My_Life_1973🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LaurieAllen19) reported

    @Xplornet Sadly there's nothing you can do. I have been flogging this dead horse of internet for just over a year now (Been a customer for 15+ years before this nightmare) with MULTIPLE site assessments, "upgrades", etc. all for naught. Our little hamlet has been left to the wolves.

  • RRMF13 Rob Ferguson (@RRMF13) reported

    @Xplornet So after finally getting through to someone, they need to send someone out to replace their equipment, that I originally paid for and also pay a monthly rental fee for, now somehow I’m responsible for paying for the faulty equipment and service fee? What am I renting?

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

    @warwalker You should be. Xplornet promises everything and delivers virtually nothing but the monthly bill. Support has been useless. If I had any other choice for internet, I would leave them in a heartbeat. This morning, 1.1 mbps down, with 2.0s loaded latency, 1.5 mbps up.

  • IAmMeJustDom Dom (@IAmMeJustDom) reported

    Hey @xplornet fox your crap! I need to work and I can’t even load one page

  • mediamorphis Dwayne Winseck (@mediamorphis) reported

    Showing a complete lack of investigative journalistic impulses, the journos b/h this story fail to examine how Rogers execs have been busy cultivating Xplornet as the preferred buyer while burning the prospects of rival bidders like Globalive through a slew of ***** tricks 4/

  • RRMF13 Rob Ferguson (@RRMF13) reported

    @Xplornet So I can sit on hold because you’re “experiencing higher than normal calls” to be told to unplug my power supplies and that the problem is my equipment and I need to buy another router?
