When you need reliable rural internet for work, Xplornet is not it. Service calls resolve nothing unless it’s to upsell me to a new package with the promise of being more reliable!

Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!

If not, I believe investing in a status page would save customer confusion and time spent for your call centre reps
