@Xplornet Been there!! Even bought your ZTE router. Waste of time calling tech. Literally! Long wait times and no real resolution bc you won’t invest in service towers and stop throttling. You have a monopoly and are taking full advantage of te lack of competition.

@tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

@TELUS has the worst service available. Crappy Xplornet looks like a dream compared to the bandwidth that has been oversold to the point that cellular doesn't work. Tin cans & string would work as well to contact my family. @TELUSsupport says they won't care til competition hits!

@Xplornet Things are resolved. The contractor was able to explain the problem and resolve it. Your CSRs were not able to adequately provide an explanation. It was apparent that they were unaware of what was happening in the field. You communication to clients was poor. /1

E-Clip It Solutions in Saskatoon was the installer. Jeff, I expect better from you. This is just insulting, considering that run of cable was installed prior and re-used for the Xplornet radio. You just guaranteed I will never hire you or your company for any jobs ever again.
