@brettjpetch @Xplornet Same here in east gwillimbury. No service since Wednesday. Garbage company

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Upgrade towers? Nah. Help the xplornet satellite customers? Nah. Lower over-usage charges? Nah. Get users more data? Nah. Build a new office that shows off profits in spite of a majority of angry customers. Yeah, do that.

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet We're not going to forget how poor your internet experience is no matter how much filler you pour into your twitter feed. Work on bettering your service instead of hoping marketing can "fix" your problems as an ISP. Until then, I'd recommend everybody avoid using xplornet.

  • dscseedguy Sean Dunnett (@dscseedguy) reported

@Xplornet into a 15+hr outage of the former Silo network again. Just the type of service we've come to expect from this company. #fail

  • Emma_McPerry Em 🤠 #Earper4Life (@Emma_McPerry) reported

@TheSciFiBard And I am with Xplornet a satellite internet and it’s crap! Lol

  • ssnjagger Susan (@ssnjagger) reported

@Xplornet when is the outage in Bradford expected to be fixed? It's been out since Thursday night!

  • RavelsTeen Jon Isaac (@RavelsTeen) reported

@justin_maybe Interesting prospect. Curious as to whether this sort of model would have more luck increasing internet access to rural areas than the Province's partnership with xplornet. Then again, the residents most in need of service are also the least likely to live in a municipality.

  • re_carter Reid Carter (@re_carter) reported

@Xplornet It’s ok I don’t need my internet that has not been working for 2 days, nor do I need the call back that I have been waiting for. This is terrible service can’t wait for @SpaceXStarlink to become available in Canada... it will literally shut this service down.

  • cody_bowie Cody Bowie (@cody_bowie) reported

@Xplornet anyone else experiencing issues around Huxley Alberta? Havent been able to connect since yesterday morning

  • ThirtyStone420 Hugh G Rekshun (@ThirtyStone420) reported

@Xplornet @Jenn_MacDonald_ Why do you ask people to DM you? You can’t verify who you’re talking to remember TH? Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”
