    @Xplornet Xplornet a useless internet service , cancelled the service had a credit given to me the week before because the service was so bad & they have negated $80 credit off a fixed income senior citizen & also charge me $250 for the removal & recovery of the modem, shameful!!!

    @Xplornet I have been on the phone with you for over an hour everyday since the internet has been “restored” and still, no resolution. I have to wonder what you think my time is worth? 6 additional hours and counting and yet no action!

    @Xplornet service has been down since 8:30am! We are in a pandemic and internet is a necessity for people to work! When I called, I was told it would only be down for a few hours. Can I get an eta of when it will be fixed so I can make alternate work arrangement if necessary?
