    So Xplornet is discontinuing satellite internet service March 5. Have to switch to LTE. I have trees around my house so they tell me I have to buy a telephone pole. Set it up outside the yard and bury the line through 6 rows of trees back to my house... but can’t be over 200 ft?

    @harrbca Follow-up: He got it connected yesterday and so far he's happy with the speeds (ranging from 50-150mbps), but he's noticed that it does drop out quite a bit (four minutes of down time over a three hour period). That's still less downtime than our friends at Xplornet though so...

    Alright I'm sold, where do I sign up for @elonmusk 's fancy new space internet? My Xplornet is down again and even my cell network is freezing up. How's a dude supposed to game or watch my fellow oddballs on the YouTube?

    @spearster55 @SpaceX @Xplornet Going to be pretty happy to get rid of Xplornet myself too. Capped bandwidth for ridiculous costs, throttled, never get the speeds I apparently pay for, list goes on. Hopefully ordering my Starlink shortly, already got the location invite.

    @fanCRTCProfling I'm going to guess that @SpaceXStarlink is going to crush Xplornet out of existence. It's gradually reaching stability - and is still in Beta. Had a conf call today on it - hardly any hiccups. Average speed always > 50 Mbps. Sometimes 150.

    @Xplornet Is this why you don't respect your customers? You treat them like cattle? Your marketing is getting as bad as your service. People aren't stupid, all your retweets to bury these doesn't work either. Avoid xplornet. #starlink #cancelxplornet

    Trapped with having to use @xplornet (for now). OMG it is slow the last 2-3 weeks, need to keep rebooting router, big lags in virtual meetings - sooooo frustrating. @SpaceXStarlink charging too much for BETA while having to keep carrying XP due to beta downtimes to ensure uptime.

    @HigginsRon @Xplornet @SpaceXStarlink It's sad that Starlink's beta, even with the downtime and potential issues, is better than Xplornet's best effort. Neighbor of mine has about 30 minutes of downtime a day on Starlink. I have anywhere from an hour to four hours of downtime on Xplornet. I'd switch for sure.
