    @tenwattandrew Xplornet was awful. This past pandemic year when we needed to work/study from home,we couldn’t enjoy time at cottage cuz Xplornet hardly ever worked despite several repairs, & was also very slow, couldn’t watch netflix. New service is fast,cheaper& always works

    @Xplornet My internet with you is AWFUL. I consistently have to switch from my WiFi to my mobile data just so a video from The Weather Network will load on my phone. I have to watch everything on 240p and it still buffers. I'm moving soon, better internet here I come!!

    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

    @CoryRyanGosnell @Xplornet @elonmusk I signed up for Elon Musk months ago. Still waiting patiently. Xplornet sucks at my house too.
