We now got Access Internet in our town (which i still can't Access, due to Geo issues) it's getting better. Bless Starlink for Accessibility

Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Tybernicus (@Tybernicus17) reported@LeoNasau @thinking_panda Yep. 36,000km is the same as the Telesat satellites that were support Xplornet sat internet. My average latency was 670ms with that gear. Useless tech. Starlink: 550km from earth Telesat: 36,000km from earth.

Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

They have promos now that are palatable and give me something until Fibre arrives next year. It’s sad in this day and age to have these issues
