  • waylan_deith Waylan Deith 🍥 (@waylan_deith) reported

@Xplornet My internet was down for the entire day yesterday and I called you only to be told to wait 20 minutes which turned into over an hour just to be told to reboot the router which doesnt ever fix the problem

  • Connie4weddings Connie (@Connie4weddings) reported

@koopy @Xplornet I remember country living where I spent over 2k for a tower, radio and signal booster ....to barely watch Netflix. Phone calls were on the cell, but on wifi mode, while standing in front of the modem. Bring on Starlink!

  • Jenn_MacDonald_ Jenn MacDonald (@Jenn_MacDonald_) reported

The fact that I use all 50gb of my phone data while working from home and *supposedly* having high speed wifi is ridiculous. That’s life with service from @Xplornet (when you only live 7 mins from the city centre)

  • kingston_guy Scott (@kingston_guy) reported

@koopy @Xplornet @elonmusk Xplornet is horrible their logo should be an aging turtle

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Ramaratwp @Xplornet That’s good now all you’re angry customers will be able to see it at night so when the internets not working will all just start pulling out airsoft rifles and shooting at your tower

  • waylan_deith Waylan Deith 🍥 (@waylan_deith) reported

@Xplornet Ok, now take it down

  • truebusterflash busterflash (@truebusterflash) reported

@cdnbeer Just checking if it’s xplornet because they are terrible.

  • AndyBlizzard87 Andy Costa (@AndyBlizzard87) reported

@koopy Yeah it sucks out here. Managing to get 5Mbps tonight with Xplornet, was less than 1Mbps last night. Had WTC before but lost signal because of trees.

  • paquetpm Raymonde Paquet (@paquetpm) reported

@Xplornet My area is not on the list. Most of the time I am using LTE because xplornet is too slow. I cannot wait till we have other options. Paying money for basically dial up.

  • koopy Steve Koopman (@koopy) reported from South Frontenac, Ontario

I feel like @Xplornet and similar rural internet companies are the modern equivalent of Blockbuster, and guys like @elonmusk with @SpaceX’s Starlink are Netflix. The former simply can’t see the train coming down the tracks. Stop ignoring your customers’ needs! 7/
