    Anyone else’s Starlink really slow today? It’s as bad as xplornet was.

  • the905arts 🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@the905arts) reported

    @xplore_ca what in gods name do I have to do to get you guys to stop calling me? I don't want your service and with customer support harassing me I never will. make it stop!

  • MichelleWTHell MeanLadyOnTheSwing♀️ (@MichelleWTHell) reported

    @xplore_ca My internet has become incredibly slow and unreliable since Explore had bought out CCI here in rural Alberta. My neighbours too have noticed it. Instead of buying trucks, relocate that money towards improving your towers!

  • KarelBaayen Karel Baayen (@KarelBaayen) reported

    @xplore_ca is unbelievably bad. Called a few months ago for technical help and was promised a return call which never happened. Called two weeks ago, promised another return call. Never happened. Called today and was promised a return call. SMH

  • SirFrancisBac20 SirFrancis Bacon (@SirFrancisBac20) reported

    @xplore_ca Pull it down

  • shannbil Shannon Bileski☈ (@shannbil) reported

    @annoyed_wpg @xplore_ca Google the CA Manitoba lawsuit. Wish I hadn't thrown away all my records of how ****** the service was before switching to Starlink. Oy!

  • MichelleWTHell MeanLadyOnTheSwing♀️ (@MichelleWTHell) reported

    @xplore_ca WTF??? Is this why there's an increase on my bill? So you guys can drive brand new trucks?

  • atomic_hydra AtomicHydra (@atomic_hydra) reported

    @xplore_ca You need to review the packages you offer. Its theft saying you can offer me 50down 10 up. Over 5 years of bad service and being lied to now being told Im 30 KMS from the closest tower? Who was allowed to sell me this trash. Maybe i can move closer if you pay my rent right?

  • KKoolyk Palliser Triangle Ag Project (@KKoolyk) reported

    @BantrySeedman It’s been by far the best rural internet we’ve had. And price point. Had Xplornet (garbage), then Rogers Rocket hub (great speed but expensive), then Netago local company out of Hanna (was overall good, company sold to Telus and I hate Telus)

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

    Alternative explanation: These people use Xplornet that never works. These people used to hitting send 9 times for everything. A product of their "world Class" Canadian Communications. This is likely the best explanation and "OpenMedia" was honest enough to show it. #CRTC
