I used to enjoy burning Xplornet in these tweets because you kind of need a sense of humour when you're a customer of theirs. My sense of humour about this is rapidly turning into a sense of rage at their utter incompetence at doing anything other than collecting a payment.

@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @CNN That's great, however, the CRTC is misleading. I suspect the avg numbers are being propped up by urban areas with fibre. Also misleading is this "up to 50mbps" nonsense... I'm a Starlink client now and enjoying the vast improvement in service, despite the occasional issue.

@TheComicHunter oh it is not great, I mean, getting fibre is yes, but the DSL is so poor out this way it was a rip off and when we went to xplornet it degraded to the point it no longer worked. working remotely has been challenging for years

@Xplornet @SucksXplornet I don’t know how anyone is expected to do google meets for school when your internet is such ****... my kid can’t hear his teacher because the internet is glitching..

@Xplornet Then putting in a service request online it took 2 days for Xplornet to respond. Once they did they advised they would send back the same useless company to investigate and you will hear in 24-48hrs.

@Xplornet People getting covids and xplornet trying to make it worse by threatening them with terrible service.

@Xplornet Firstly the contractor Interpc took no time to set up the system he “Andy” was more interested in leaving to get to another call rather than ensure the service was performing correctly.

Mike Witkowicz (@MikeWitkowicz) reported
Hey @Xplornet how does a company resolve a B2B issue with you that affects mutual customers?
-
Moe G (@moegaultier) reported
@Mark_Goldberg @Xplornet @CNN Thanks for the prompt reply. Download speeds are good, but your upload speeds are not conducive to videoconferencing, which has become the (very) important other half of internet service.

@Xplornet they'll get more entertainment from tobogganing, then they would from ur **** service.
