@Xplornet your **** net is down again. Honestly it’s reaching the point where I’m just going to cancel because I’d rather have no internet then continue paying you $115 a month for internet that goes out every day, twice a day. #xplornetsucks

@Xplornet All that was available to me was "25 mbps" and i'd be lucky to get 6. For the same monthly cost i am getting 80-150 down 30-80 up with starlink

@Xplornet I've been through all of this before and even after reviewing my information they basically just tell me I'm **** out of luck and it is what it is. I've missed important meeting because the service is so terrible I cannot connect to a voice call.

@AdamJPfeffer Help install Starlink on Barnums Gully Line by you Tuesday night for my brother. Did a quick test and averaged about 20 Mb/s. Seemed to vary between 5 and 65 MBS. He is happy to get rid of xplornet satellite service with slow speeds and data caps.

@Xplornet My internet was down for about 12 hours yesterday? I just tested it now that it's back, 13.6 download? and I'm not going through your phone tag BS to talk to someone who knows zilch maybe a credit would help!

14 hours and counting for this current @Xplornet outage. It bears repeating that they told me it's working fine based on how much data I use. Just rebooted the equipment again, let's see if it decided to reconnect now...

It should not be this hard to get internet service in rural Ontario @Xplornet We have had internet with you for almost 2 weeks. Perfect during the day but I have to reset the modem every morning? Tech guy I just spoke to said today's was a service outage and...
