@Xplornet I’ve tried three times today to get through on your phone line, and can’t get through in a timely manner — some of us actually have to work to pay the exhorbitant cost of internet service that we aren’t getting.

Or do you want the screen shots from our last discussion where all you did was give me the tech support number because of exactly that reason. “You can’t be 100% sure who you’re talking to.”

@Xplornet I pay $155 a month for a business plan I can’t use. Tethering in through my phone has become a way of life just to be able to download emails. Your service needs an overhaul.
