@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet I agree with refunding people for time down. They are not responsive. Instead, they upsell when you call for $7.50 per month care plan knowing it was their system that was down and not an issue on my roof. So not happy. Been with them 4 years. They were good up to 1 year ago.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.

@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet And mine. We're going on 3 days, and when I called support they said my whole region was out. Three days? Really?

@chrisjgalway @Xplornet Our service has been off and on over the weekend. This after a recent upgrade to ‘faster and more reliable’ (and more expensive!) service.. Yet, @Xplornet will continue to bill.

@Xplornet @Rosebuddy1973 Why is your service so bad? Every week unplanned disruptions. Why do you not notify your customers in advance. That’s what proper companies do!!!

@wallisdesigns @Xplornet This is very poor customer service xplornet and unacceptable. At the very least you need to send out a Tweet to let your customers in Prince Edward County know what the status is - Monday/work-day is fast approaching, please put send a message ASAP.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Had to do the same. They just can’t compete with the speed and reliability of Starlink. Xplornet did have great customer service but that can’t compensate for a poor product they aren’t upgrading.

Cancelling rural internet with @Xplornet - as they fight the expansion of Starlink at 20X's the speeds, is a customer experience worth selling tickets to. The "Loyalty" department is kind of angry right now and I can't imagine the training needed for them to stay on script.

@AdryanBorins @Xplornet @DominicNST Same here Adrian - must work from home. So many of us got impacted last week. No apology from Xplornet- nothing. Just saw posting on down detector that Xplornet did not want to send a tech today. Thought to myself - are we back in 1922?
