16 hours now @Xplornet my internet has been down. It was out for 8 hours yesterday and 5 the day before. My kids are doing distance learning for school and need working internet to do so. Can someone explain why it's been consistently happening for days on end

  • nmcintyre1986 Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported

@Xplornet And it’s out again for the second time tonight. @Xplornet I want to make sure you understand, I signed up for starlink today and it will be here Friday. The way this company is run is terrible, and the service is aweful. This is why you have lost another customer.

  • nmcintyre1986 Nate Mcintyre (@nmcintyre1986) reported

@Xplornet And again. 2nd long outage tonight in fact. I haven’t had internet more than I have.

Goodblaatsiaq. Any Nunavummiuqatik with Xplornet having signal problems too? I been having issues since Sunday when it's usually consistent. So far only time its off is when they're doing maintenance

  • r_diamond Speaking Truth to Power Since 1976 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@r_diamond) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Xplornet I mean, "Oh, I didn't know they had 100MBPS in your area now" would have been fine. Laughing at me and saying "If you have Xplornet you are NOT getting 100MBPS" was just...rude. Feel free to listen to the recorded call and tell them off from me :)

  • DKCripple Dawn Kratzer (@DKCripple) reported

@StephenRLee @Xplornet We had them before and they were useless .. switched to CCI and it was amazing. Now that they taking over again it's been crappy and their customer service has been less than helpful.

  • Shanksters Yvan Shank (@Shanksters) reported

@Xplornet It's essentially down near Finch ON. Do I need to go back to dialup? It would be faster.

  • WundringCruiser Sabrina McDonald (@WundringCruiser) reported

@Xplornet It apparently also means that you ignore any tweets regarding your service being down for the entire day?

  • Glow_CK Glow CK (@Glow_CK) reported

@Xplornet Connection down every 30-60 min for the last week. Phone support has a 57 min wait time. Take some of those hundreds of millions we all pay you and buy some ******* support and techs.

  • thinkinggal22 Rose (@thinkinggal22) reported

@brianlilley Eventually they will all just go back to TV because to be honest, the quality of these streaming services on most internet services that we can afford is terrible. None of these actually can stream on basic xplornet service. So not sure what all the hype of this is.
