@Xplornet I always do and they can’t do much. Always a short temporary solution. Your internet is terribly unreliable speed wise esp. during high tourism times in high tourism rural communities. Overloaded.

Anyone else having issues with @Xplornet this am? #internet

  • mommag015 Geri Ratcliff (@mommag015) reported

@Xplornet are we the customers going to get a credit on our internet bill as you’re attached to the Rogers network???? @Rogers

  • fishingwicked OfftheGrid (@fishingwicked) reported

@Xplornet No they aren't. @Xplornet is the WORST Internet Service Provider #Deplorenet

  • fishingwicked OfftheGrid (@fishingwicked) reported

@Xplornet @jaceetheridge They say this in Public areas but they simply do not care and never improve.

  • Arjentine Just Arjentine (@Arjentine) reported

@Xplornet We attempted to contact you via email yesterday and were sent a troubleshooting guide. It did not help. After some googling, we figured it out on our own (it was the router). I am still unhappy with this service (not directed at the innocent social media person ofc).

  • glenngenge1 Glenn Genge (@glenngenge1) reported

@aartipole Mom's internet is with Xplornet. It's been down 5 days now. Both of our cell phones are with Bell. Slow and glitchy, barely usable for 5 days as well. We won't get Rogers 5 day credit as we aren't their customer. No info from Xplornet or Bell about a credit or restoration time

  • KenFreedman4 Ken Freedman (@KenFreedman4) reported

@Xplornet If Rogers or any of the others go down, satellite internet does not. If you have it, consider keeping it as a back-up. Call customer service.

  • C_of_hawthorn C. (@C_of_hawthorn) reported

@Xplornet the most useless internet service since dial-up 🙄 #xplornetsucks

  • Badenoch1 Paul Rhodes (@Badenoch1) reported

@Xplornet @alrodford Rogers is discounting customers the equivalent of five days to compensate for the outage. Is @Xplornet extending a comparable discount to its customers?
