    @Xplornet @chriswtburke A) they're not sorry, and B) if you do provide them with your account info, they'll block you from contacting support in the future. This company provides an awful service, and then refuses to actually offer any support or assistance.

    @Xplornet at what point do you start refunding your clients for terrible service and down time? This is literally the worst internet provider on the planet. They know they are the only provider for some areas and they rip those customers off severely!

    @Xplornet haha, note the "up to" in there - in reality, what you'll get is 2mb for 18 hours a day, and zero connection for the other 6. If you want awful service, and even worse customer support, then sure, give Xplornet a call.
