    @Xplornet I have been reduced to privately Facebook messaging the local tech. This is beyond unexceptable, you service a large portion of the province (and country) you cannot just say “too bad so sad.” You need to have techs available on the weekend.

    @Xplornet xplornet marketing, working hard to dump as much links into it's twitter to bury old customer complaints. Otherwise known as "spamming".

    @Xplornet Man, I wish I were "Jim". Crap service at best since taking over Silo. Constant outages, and all I get is the robotic answer of "our technicians are currently working to solve the problem"

    @Xplornet Any updates on when we’ll be back? As a general suggestion it would be nice to see a service outage website at some point that customers can refer to.

    @Xplornet Upgrade towers? Nah. Help the xplornet satellite customers? Nah. Lower over-usage charges? Nah. Get users more data? Nah. Build a new office that shows off profits in spite of a majority of angry customers. Yeah, do that.

    @Xplornet I have been reduced to privately facebooking the local tech because you’re re refused to reach out or provide contact information. This is beyond unacceptable. You service a large part of this country, not providing immediate action is atrocious.
