    @FrankReardon1 @LavergneRobert @Xplornet Rogers goes down more than Xplrnet. You should see their twitter support. I think this coming fall will be 2 yrs of people screaming of no service.

  • Real_McMunchie Derek Grant Holowka 🇨🇦 (@Real_McMunchie) reported from Ridgeville, Manitoba

    @mylodachef Just be glad you don't live where I do. I'd have to let it download overnight and HOPE it would be done by morning. Perks of being an @Xplornet customer - blazing speed prices with Sympatico speed.

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

    @hawkhillfarm @Xplornet That is awful.

  • mrcraigbeckett Craig Beckett (@mrcraigbeckett) reported

    @ThompsHeather We are lucky to have two services (even though the cost is more than what we pay to heat our house). Bell rural wireless home internet and xplornet. We moved to Bell as xplornet throttled their service at peak times.

  • gauthieralb Albert Gauthier (@gauthieralb) reported

    Last spring @Bell removed data limits for home wifi so our students could access all they needed without worrying about data limits. Are you doing that again? @Rogers and @Xplornet I have students that can’t access school work and class meetings online due to limits. Please help.

  • EJGames4 Necrow (@EJGames4) reported

    @Xplornet So we had the up to 25mbps package and got speeds of 5 to 10 mbps on average. We never saw any faster than 12 I think. We have since upgraded to the 50mbps package and get 10 mbps. Its really pathetic, I have also been told that the speedtest is a lie by tech support.

  • luvlambs Marion Greveling (@luvlambs) reported

    @Xplornet That's great! Here's the test result in Ontario just now. 4.35 Mbps download 0.88 Mbps upload Your Internet connection is slow.

  • EJGames4 Necrow (@EJGames4) reported

    @Xplornet Just to mention the service guy that came out here used the same speed test, and the installer used it too. We got a new wifi modem and it still was trash.

  • sheryl71107825 sheryl (@sheryl71107825) reported

    @Xplornet Just called support because the internet is down again and we are homeschooling on line. Was told that all they can see is the same report that has been up for 3 months about a tower they are working on. Said he couldnt do anything just try repowering. Glad i am now paying more!!
