@Xplornet Just another day in Picton without internet. Same old same old with Xplornet,- expensive, slow and unreliable. While there are few options in the County, you could be the worst!

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Had to do the same. They just can’t compete with the speed and reliability of Starlink. Xplornet did have great customer service but that can’t compensate for a poor product they aren’t upgrading.

@wallisdesigns @Xplornet This is very poor customer service xplornet and unacceptable. At the very least you need to send out a Tweet to let your customers in Prince Edward County know what the status is - Monday/work-day is fast approaching, please put send a message ASAP.

@chrisjgalway @Xplornet Our service has been off and on over the weekend. This after a recent upgrade to ‘faster and more reliable’ (and more expensive!) service.. Yet, @Xplornet will continue to bill.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Xplornet Ya but does anyone actually have Starlink out here? My buddy has been waiting over a year and apparently support isn’t ideal. I hope they pull it off but early days yet.

@Xplornet Thank you but no, just talked to another person this morning being offered to go LTE - their CCI tower just went "down" and will no longer be serviced. The funny thing was until Xplornet took over they had no difficulties with CCI service either as it was dependable and enough.
