@Xplornet Anybody wonder if xplornet look at places like these and reach out to their customers to help them find better data plans? Or wait until they owe so much then move in to make sure they can keep those accounts under their thumb? Xplornet doesn't care about these people.

@adampete78 @Xplornet In 7 years I have never voted against a measure to improve internet. Every proposal & resolution gets 100% backing. Probably explains why I find no humor in this situation.

Hey @Xplornet can you explain to me why you continue to advertise and sell internet access at a 25Mbps level but can't provide a consistent service of over 8? Honestly, if you needed 25Mbps to deliver our bill you would probably figure out how to do it. If you want payment for

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet I've never not had internet while trying to play Game Pass...it requires an internet check to play games installed locally? If so that seems like a huge downside.

@Xplornet I have been, I shouldn't have to call every 2 days for support, look at my picture thread, I got off the phone last evening at about 8:30 local time, was told it was "high use" causing the issue, do you think it was high use at 11:30pm when there was only 1.02mbps?
