    @Xplornet @BenHelleman In...ter..net.....is intermittent always having problems with our 5G. 🙄💩

  • VoosieVooters Lomaxcat (@VoosieVooters) reported

    @Xplornet @chriswtburke Any updates on the Thorpe tower near Odessa/Wilton ON? Out since December and can't get anything from support. They write tech requests that are then cancelled. I am beyond fed up.

  • BalogSusan Susan Balog (@BalogSusan) reported

    @LimestoneDSB Now day 15 with unstable internet. Xplornet needs to get going. We've been patient but enough is enough. This is the big rural internet provider !

  • ptripp63 Paula Tripp (@ptripp63) reported

    @Qualifyfor @Mike_L_Bailey @startca My only option, where I am, is Xplornet. 5 minutes outside of Bancroft and the cell service is so bad, I wouldn't even bother trying a hub again. I'm at the mercy of Xplornet and it sucks.

  • chriswtburke Chris Burke \\ Find Your Friends (@chriswtburke) reported

    Hey @Xplornet you guys having tower issues in southern kings PEI??? My internet has been trash since the storm last weekend.

  • IAmMeJustDom Dom (@IAmMeJustDom) reported

    Anyone else having issues with @Xplornet ? Been on and off since about 6pm Friday night #xplornet

  • Qualifyfor Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported

    @ProudGrannyCdn I had Xplornet and it was terrible here. It depends where their towers are compared to you.

  • Qualifyfor Aatos Lehtila (@Qualifyfor) reported

    @rantonstupidity I am technically in Belleville, but only because of Harris. I'm actually in the country with nothing that resembles a cable within 2 km. DSL failed because of crappy wires that were not being maintained. Xplornet was terrible. No 5G out here either and Bell is throttling I think

  • DeanTiegs Dean Tiegs (@DeanTiegs) reported

    @Xplornet - Was on hold for over 2 h to speak to one of your agents about a service problem. Is this normal? What is your company's target for hold times?

  • manyra Keri-Anne Lawton (@manyra) reported

    @ChubbyChucks Yeah, I was not happy but I had little choice b/c xplornet couldn’t find a signal and I didn’t want another stupid satellite. Smarthub is based on cell tech. Super easy to set up.
