@Xplornet You can save yourself money by running your own tin cans and string rather than calling that number. Avoid xplornet, they're bad. You will regret it.

@Xplornet It was **** for three days. Got the messages every day about maintenance. Not just briefly. Did a speed test this morning. Barely getting 20 mbps. Good thing I am paying $125 a month for 50 mbps. Can’t wait for Starlink.

@Xplornet People are supposed to be socially distancing and here you are telling xplornet customers to go to their friends house and use their internet to listen to podcasts? I mean, xplornet internet can't handle loading anything since xplornet internet is mostly garbage.

Out of sheer desperation I switched my internet tower and am fully on @Xplornet s garbage internet. All of 5 hours I got to have moderately decent speeds. Now it keeps dropping signal and won't go over 2Mbps. The sheer audacity of this ******* piece of **** company

Just heard from other villagers that I am not the only one experiencing issues this week. Many of us have been unplugging the damn routers and plugging them back in, as @Xplornet often advises to do when you call them with any internet issue.

There’s nothing I love more than our ridiculously slow rural internet service not working at all when I’m working from home and have big meetings coming up. I’ve been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting to talk to customer support... @Xplornet #RuralNewBrunswickDeservesBetter

Hey @Xplornet can you please go back to what you were doing last spring for your satellite customers? Some of us are still working from home because of this pandemic and not having enough accessible internet is a MAJOR issue.
