    How bad is rural internet in Canada? I cancel my satellite connection with @Xplornet because it's so bad. I wonder "will they refund me?". lol no, they want a "cancellation fee" cc @MaryamMonsef

  • JeremyBoyles27 Jeremy Boyles (@JeremyBoyles27) reported

    @Xplornet fix ur ******* service

    @Noah_v_Z @harrbca Telus has my back with mobile data for the most important stuff. Like bashing Xplornet for being the worst ISP in Canada.

  • the1youknow7 Bryce (@the1youknow7) reported

    @Xplornet it is actually shocking the price you guys charge for **** that doesn't work. honestly fix your **** and stop being retards. just wait till @elonmusk launches Starlink you guys will be out of business so fast. It would actually make me happy to see this shady company go

  • lammy9661 Kevin Lamacraft (@lammy9661) reported

    @PattiBailey05 @Xplornet @TELUSsupport Fascinating that we can send a space craft to Mars and control it from millions of km’s away, yet we can’t provide reliable fast internet to rural Canadians.... Xplornet is going to find themselves in trouble should another provider step up....

  • jcalder1983 Jeff Calder 🏴‍☠️🦆 (@jcalder1983) reported from Montcalm, Manitoba

    @MBAgDays @Xplornet Best day of my life wasn’t my wedding or either of my two sons being born, but it was when I cancelled my Xplornet internet connection in favor of a different ISP. Frankly if I was in charge I’d respect ag days more for shutting down in favor of accepting money from Xplornet.

  • Nick62289935 Nick (@Nick62289935) reported

    @Xplornet Can't really believe anything @xplornet says...they don't deliver anything close to what they charge for, and I've been waiting over 48 hours now for help from their tech support...

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @jcalder1983 @MBAgDays @Xplornet That speaks volumes to how terrible this company is. I can't wait to cancel and then file the inevitable chargeback with my bank because they took money anyhow.

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

    @Xplornet @liohn Yeah, but they're busy serving unhappy customers, so be prepared to wait on hold for four hours. Instead, bait and switch. Call to say you're interested in signing up, then after they put you right through, tell them "just kidding, cancel it!"
