I call and they say its peak time and there is nothing they can do. how about don't overload your system. Can't wait for my Starlink to arrive. Pay less for WAY more and no data caps.

And I see some indication that Bell suddenly is looking into replacing rural copper infrastructure with fiber optics. Gov $upport of course.
