    @Xplornet He has your crappy service to thank for having to be out there, too. The one good thing to come out of Xplornet is that Ragnar found his forever family. How many more homeless dogs will you save before your infrastructure is fixed to support all your users?!

    @Xplornet Actually read like: We hope they paid their internet bills because we'll chuck em out and care nothing for their hardships as xplornet is a greed driven, promise breaking, vastly out of date, dithering, ISP that runs under the banner of cronyism and self-service.

    @Xplornet There is no troubleshooting required. You throttle my internet every day if I am trying to download something. Works perfect in the middle of the ******* night or early morning. Just admit your piece of **** system can’t handle the traffic.

    @Xplornet I ended up waiting 2.5hrs. The speed is still ongoing and is no where near where it should be. Instead of full credits for 3 months they noted a $50 credit which sounds unreasonable for service issues where I was unable to use internet. Account: 1165631
