I know that as soon as an experienced tech gets here, he'll be able to fix it without an issue and he'll shake his head when I tell him about what the last guy said. Same thing happened last time. Surely you can do better.

Total bullshit. Most people like myself have waited 18 years for something dependable and fast. Xplornet sucks plain and simple
