@_crackrocks_ @Xplornet Same here. Calling the tech support gets you nowhere. Endless loop of getting transferred from xplornet to full throttle. Worst customer service experience ever.

@Xplornet Thanks, but No Thanks I go through all the standard help desk script items to attempt to correct problems and no luck. IT IS ALWAYS DATA TRAFFIC CONGESTION root cause and even with two days lost service for tower node Antenna UPGRADES nothing changed. Hardware limits are oversold

PSA for any Steam Deck owners who have Xplornet Satellite: Xplornet's Double-NAT ecosystem creates connection issues on the Steam Deck. Until Steam provides an update to address this issue, you will have to use a different ISP to connect to Steam's servers reliably.

@xplornetretweet @Xplornet How about an outage map or is that bad for your image? How about an automated email/sms telling people theit service is down? How about equipment that shows true status of Internet service? And your customer support line worked once in last 16 hours!

  • CdnARS_VE4PER CdnARS VE4PER (@CdnARS_VE4PER) reported

@Xplornet .../2 in absence of a .@CRTC enforcement with teeth to change regs to guarantee min speeds solution to congestion problem is cut back the exec greed motive to sign up ever more subscribers well beyond network technical capacity or else truly UPGRADE hardware to handle demands
