@bigbushelsag Christ I loathed dealing with @Xplornet. Absolute garbage service. Have fun getting out of your contract.

@mrandell15 @gmcdparsons @DonnieOK Just checked. Read a bit of it and the price is the same I think so it’s service now that I’d be interested in. Xplornet charges way to much for service calls

@Xplornet I am at the end of my rope. Every day a customer service agent gives me a new reason that my internet is less than 1MB. Apparently, even in November on a clear, sunny day, it's wind, rain, and foliage that are the issue. We pay for a service. Deliver it. It's that easy

Every Sunday, @Xplornet, since you took over my CCI service, my internet goes out at this time. I pay $100/mo because I won't sign a contract to get your lower prices, and the only thing consistent about your service, is it going down every Sunday at this time.

@Xplornet Thank you. I deleted it thinking it was spam. I will if it happens again. I haven’t had an email issue.

Of all the companies I’ve ever worked with, @Xplornet is by far the biggest POS scam out there. What a rip-off, paying the same amount as everyone else for service that almost never works. And of course customer service doesn’t give a damn to fix it. Embarrassing service quality.
