@bruceanderson @Xplornet Had to deal with Xplornet when I lived in rural Eastern Ontario. Poor service, but they were generally the only game in town, so ...

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

@Xplornet This was a very disruptive outage for businesses, for us who telework, and other situations. The comms from Xplornet was not acceptable. Not getting a tech to look at the outage for 3 days knowing dozens were affected was not acceptable. Not offering refunds was not acceptable.

Time to switch to Starlink @Xplornet worst provider ever slowest speed ever when we pay for more than we get

@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet Same here. Xplornet is living in a fantasy world. No service since Wednesday.

  • awmiller21 Aaron Miller (@awmiller21) reported

@chrisjgalway @Xplornet Our service has been off and on over the weekend. This after a recent upgrade to ‘faster and more reliable’ (and more expensive!) service.. Yet, @Xplornet will continue to bill.

  • chrisjgalway Chris Galway (@chrisjgalway) reported

Maybe the reason @Xplornet isn't communicating outages is because they are using themselves as an internet provider and their service is down

  • Darsaw1217 Scott Wallace (@Darsaw1217) reported

@SouthwellJoan @Xplornet I agree with refunding people for time down. They are not responsive. Instead, they upsell when you call for $7.50 per month care plan knowing it was their system that was down and not an issue on my roof. So not happy. Been with them 4 years. They were good up to 1 year ago.
