@Xplornet I have family in the US and Europe. I’m desperately trying to connect with them over internet. It may be the last time for some. We have been down or slow for months. It’s not all about money. Please improve the Xplornet service and speed. Thanks 🙏🏻

If I was the ceo of Xplornet I would live in fear everyday hoping my buyers don’t burn down my house. If I worked for bell or Rogers or even Shaw I would be ashamed to be in the same category as Xplornet and Xplornet shouldn’t even be in the same category

@ridgeback_the @monctonSJlawyer @poitrasCBC She has a right to be concerned for her riding. What was announced was shitty Xplornet. You hear more complaints about that service than you ever do anything positive.

Literally nothing is working tonight. Thanks @Xplornet, you're the best. Good thing you completely deleted the XplornetSupport Twitter and don't have anyone answering phones, ever. You guys are the suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked.

@CCI_Wireless for the love of all things holy, can someone PLEASE RESPOND to my QoS issues? I've been patient since February. It is even worse post @Xplornet purchase. It is almost like you want me to churn?

Curious that the Xplornet support Twitter seems to have vanished as well... Wonder why that is? Too difficult to keep up with all the people complaining about the terrible service?

No, @Xplornet Support Guy, I am not completely factory resetting my entire Google Wifi system. This is a you problem, not a me problem.

"This announcement positions @Xplornet to begin 5G deployment in rural Canada this upcoming summer." *groans when it takes 10 years before upgrades are completed, and the network can't support 4G speeds already...*

@Xplornet Not pictured here, anything about actual xplornet service. I think their marketing team is a chicken pecking at a keyboard.

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Tempted to write a lil bot script to run an iperf every half hour and submit an excel sheet with network info + Speedtest results to xplornet at end of month. Would be interesting to see what CRTC/CCTS would say as well.
