    @dianapoulsen @Xplornet I have the same problem in Kawarthas with them, they can't take any calls, and their "support" email tells me they can't provide support via email!

    Hey @Xplornet why is my internet down? Trenton, ON region. Called your help line and there are so many people calling there was no room in the queue. Wow that's great service.

    @Xplornet Prepare to lose more than half your customers the moment starlink becomes available. Massive outage and not a single update or phone line available for hours. Not to mention we’ve had to restart our modem every single morning for the last month. Such a tone deaf company.

    Hey @xplornet are you planning on giving any update at all as to when we can expect service again? Your customer services lines hang up on us automatically and there’s been nothing posted. This is horrible customer service.

    @Slothii @Xplornet Same here. They are going to lose so many customers the moment starlink is available due to their terrible service. Have already signed up and waiting.
