  • kevindunbar666 Kevin Dunbar (@kevindunbar666) reported from Greater Madawaska, Ontario

@Xplornet Is she a made up recommendation or is it just me getting shitty service.

  • maggiecassella maggie cassella (@maggiecassella) reported

@CRTCeng @Xplornet @CCTS_CPRST Thx again. Just checked it out. And that's not what I'm looking for at all. This seems to me to be an unfair trade practice. Is there nowhere I can go with a complaint about signing up for a service the company seems to have no commitment to delivering?

  • ferguson_mi Michael Ferguson (@ferguson_mi) reported

Our project under the PEI Broadband Fund Residential Pilot is officially approved...Here’s hoping @Xplornet is the solution to our internet woes...

  • INeededTheMoney Jesse Campbell (@INeededTheMoney) reported from Zorra, Ontario

@Xplornet your internet is trash I pay 150.00 per month for usually LESS that 1mbps... Just because I live in a rural area doesn't mean you should rob me! I absolutely can't wait until I no longer have to use your service.

  • INeededTheMoney Jesse Campbell (@INeededTheMoney) reported from Zorra, Ontario

@lewisbron @Xplornet Just the 5th? You'll catch up to the rest of us in no time. It's literally the worst.

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet Thanks for keeping everyone updated on where not to go. I suppose the food bank thing is nice, since I can't Google where my local one is using your service. I'll sacrifice my data plan to Google that instead of talking to you guys in person, though.

  • LotSixteen Robert Gamble (@LotSixteen) reported from Richmond, Prince Edward Island

Our new power line poles are at 60 meter spacings - perfect for stringing cable. @Bell_Aliant has abandoned us to @Xplornet, and @Xplornet has yet to show any initiative in extending service. We are starved for decent broadband and would switch in a heartbeat.

  • dirtyspades Mat (@dirtyspades) reported

@Xplornet is by far the worst customer service out of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They provide a service that over time gets worse yet they continue to add a small charges every few months to the bill. When there is issues they will not reply back to any emails. #brutal

  • rekounas rekounas (@rekounas) reported

@coleslawYSJ @Xplornet I signed up for Starlink beta. Hopefully I hear back soon. My guess is I will be going with their service when it comes in. Yes, it's more expensive, but I have seen speeds of 130 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload.

  • Teirersias Aaron W (@Teirersias) reported from Iqaluit, Nunavut

@Alethea_Aggiuq @sijjakkut They've never been huge but to their credit Nwtel, Bell and even Xplornet have all rebated us over the years. It's never been huge but on occasion it has been a couple hundred bucks or more depending on the severity of the complaint. Patience and persistence is usually needed.
