If enough people tell you a pizza joint is bad, you start avoiding it. If you're looking for an ISP, look up the complaints against xplornet. They're one of the worst ISPs in Canada.

When working speed is what I pay for way overpriced mind you), 10mb... never have to reboot radio, just goes back to normal speeds outside of peak hours. Way over subscribed!

It "works" in that I have a connection, but it doesn't live up to their advertising. "up to" notwithstanding.
