    Extremely poor customer service and poor organisation/coordination from @Xplornet. Had internet lined-up in advance for install, took the day off & no one showed. Called to inquire why, received excuses—no one called to tell me this, I waited all day.

    @chiweethegod Truth. He got 900 million dollars for his starlink bullshit. Xplornet tried the same thing and it was ****.

    @Xplornet I completely understand that, it’s the fact that you can’t even provide us 24 hours notice prior to maintenance and upgrades taking place. Got another automated call today to let me know that in less than 16 hours I could experience issues for the entire day!

    @Xplornet please help remedy the situation you put me in. There are only 3 internet providers in the area and I chose your services because you came highly recommended. Please help, make this right!
