@Xplornet internet is down again. In Saskatchewan. Is there a problem with the satellite again or the modems?

@ALL_CAPS Yes! When we lived in rural Stittsville we had crappy Xplornet until we were lucky enough to get Community Fibre. I’d like to go rural again at some point, but didn’t want to go back to Xplornet’s crap. Starlink makes that possible again!

Another evening unable to use any of the many streaming services and online gaming services I pay for. Thanks @Xplornet. You rock. I bet @APLenehan has no issues streaming the weird porn he's into though.

@Xplornet, please explain how my download speed is 33kbps and my upload still 1.8mbps.. If my upload is capable of at least that, shouldn't the download as well? How's *that* work? Don't bother with an answer. You're plainly incompetent at running a network.

When @Xplornet offers to discount your bill because they can't live up to the advertising let them know they should be reimbursing you for subscriptions you can't access because of how awful they are. Netflix, Prime, Disney, Xbox Live, Stadia, iRacing, the list goes on...

@Xplornet After noticing the lack of internet access in remote Canadian communities, Xplornet took a bunch of cash from the government and still failed to deliver. This year they sponsored a bunch of other stuff instead of fixing their network though.

That face when you pay for something and it works like it's supposed to. Like this new dishwasher. My dishes have never been cleaner. Not like my @Xplornet rural high speed internet connection. Which barely works at all.

@CableXJ @Xplornet Five years ago would have been the time. They've sowed so much anger and distrust that even if they fix their stuff, most customers will jump ship regardless.
