Tim Lucier ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@timlucier) reportedLike clockwork- the stay at home order began and my internet got shitty. Man, sharing a giant satellite dish in space sucks. @Xplornet

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet I feel especially bad for you since Silo (by all accounts) was decent, and overnight it went to ****. I moved from the city where I had 175mbps fibre. Knew what I was getting in to. Knew it would be bad. Was fully prepared for it... It sucks, but at least I planned for it.

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reportedI find it funny that 99% of @Xplornet's replies to things start with "Hi there, we're sorry that ...." Actually probably closer to 99.9% Better uptime than their service, that's for sure.
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@Xplornet Xplornet customer, m3t4lw01f couldn't believe his speed test results the day he got home from work in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It was unbelievable to him they'd have misrepresented the product they sell so badly.
-
Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported@Xplornet why would ur customers care about a farm, what they need is reliable service, not a link to something that absolutely will not work on ur network.
-
Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported@Xplornet 40km from Toronto paying $123 per month for high speed is a joke. Gaps in coverage, brutally slow speeds etc. I can’t work from home. Kids can’t do their online classes. Wtfk!
-
m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@XplornetES #FunFactFriday - In a unique marketing ploy, @Xplornet advertised a service for unlimited high speed rural internet promising things they knew they couldn't deliver! Each user was given only a fraction of what was promised, with some unable to even work from home. #MarketingFails
-
L (@lkv495) reported@xplornet internet has been painfully slow all day and is hardly working at all now. Is there a network outage/issue in the Muskoka, ON area? Tried to call your helpline but wait time was 2 hours. Very frustrating - please fix this!

m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported@StarBuck_83 @Xplornet Is it bad that I'd actually kill to have your tested upload speed as my download speed? Hell, I'd kill to have *my* tested upload speed as my download speed.
