    @Xplornet Another night with dropped service. Still not service all for an on-site tech visit. Spent 40 min on the phone (likely not as pleasant as I would have liked to have been). Going to bed, and hope the service is better in the morning.

    More horrible service by @Xplornet. Each time I call I get a different answer. Internet download speeds of less than 1Mbps (we pay for 30). Open work order assigned to the tech who was problematic last time (and still hasn't called). This is NOT customer service.

    @Xplornet my problems started when your garbage monopoly bought out the only valid competition and forced me to return to being your customer. And yes I have shared that opinion with the people who want you to mis manage the unused firberoptics 5 km from my house.

    it seems to me that @Xplornet should be giving credits for rainy days, since they KNOW their satellite systems are doomed to fail. @SucksXplornet Tell me again why the #nb govt subsidizes this garbage that still charges a hundred bucks a month for crap service? #nbpoli #cdnpoli
