    @Xplornet hi. Please train your staff to let clients who want to leave go instead of coercing them into making bad decisions for themselves. When I was leaving a horrid, abusive relationship I was apparently talked into putting an account I knew I would NEVER need again on hold..

    @ToddSmithPC @EOWC_ON @EORN_CA It is pathetic so help is much needed. We have Xplornet...they promised to upgrade their tower, it’s over crowded, still have not upgraded and still say “it’s coming”. Our internet is so unreliable and you don’t get near why you pay for. Bell won’t put up anymore towers...cogeco

    @Xplornet can you please fix your connection issues. My daughter can't even do her home schooling because my connection won't stay active for more than 15 minutes at a time. Your support said there's nothing they can do. Everything was fine up until Dec 21st. What happened?

    @rhh No, we have 2 choices xplornet and bell LTE, xplornet is actually pretty much the only option, cell phones service is spotty, in my living room you can sit on one part of our couch, full bars, move 1 cushion, none...

    @grailyacres @Travisdhanraj @xplornet have made it their business model to oversubscribe and underserve their rural customers. I was lucky to have some competition in my area (Southgate on). Hopefully one day, you will too. It's awful that they have the ear (and funds) of government for rural broadband.
