Donna Trowbridge (@trowbdon) reportedMaybe if i make this public @Xplornet Inc. will actually do something. I'm tired of calling about my lack of service. Dial up speeds is not high speed, starlink can't come soon enough.
-
tsaloranta (@tlsaloranta) reported@LevisBecker I'm in SE Ontario. I'm lucky if I get 2 bars of cell service, and Xplornet is the only internet option....and it is unreliable and unstable.
-
RAD🇨🇦 (@Richard61773513) reported@Xplornet Terrible service. Can’t wait for my starlink dish.
-
owenfrank (@owenfrank) reported@terry_seguin looking 👀👀 at other comments here with interest as well. Xplornet drives me nuts with slow speed, but it is slightly faster than dial up
-
Michael Seven (@MRM7) reported@Xplornet don't believe it for a second folks - just shoot me a DM and I'll tell how much they SUCK.... been 2 years of service that's up and down like a toilet seat.
-
Aroz🍥 (@ItsAroz) reported@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

T Skomro (@tskomro) reported@Zach_Fleisher @Xplornet Also: this pandemic has taught me how awful rural internet really is.
-
T Skomro (@tskomro) reported@Zach_Fleisher @Xplornet Absolutely go with Star Link. No question. Heard lots of great reviews. We are stuck with Xplornet. Absolutely horrible speeds. Never near what is quoted. Many out here, including us, will switch the moment Star Link is available.

Mark Carruthers (@MarkC_Avgi) reported@CanadianCheri I’m not sure you could ever love Xplornet, once you had them, Cheri. First connecting to the internet w/ WWDC, despite really bad service, I stayed with Xplornet after they bought WWDC (perhaps 20 years ago) until I finally gave up in 2020. I have never had such bad service. 1/2

Kyle L. (@MajorMiner3000) reported@huhwhatya @Xplornet Dont sign on with Xplornet, they are predatory and do not give service as advertised. Try to find ANY other alternative.
