@Xplornet wifi has been down since 3:30 pm... C'mon, every single day service goes down several times. This is getting absolutely ridiculous... absolutely criminal to charge every month when wifi is down more than it is working 🙄🙄🙄😡

  • Fred_Wreck1983 Fred Cee (@Fred_Wreck1983) reported

@Xplornet fix ur service instead of taking photos ffs

  • kapwamom Kapwa Mom (@kapwamom) reported

The @xplornet tech suggested we change our internet package to a lower level since we can’t achieve the speeds at our current package. THAT’s the solution?

  • KJ_Lutz Katie Lutz (@KJ_Lutz) reported

@NightShiftMD Pretty sure they are all doing that. We’re still waiting weeks later for xplornet to see if it’s possible to upgrade our service

  • No0neParticular The Dave 🇨🇦 (@No0neParticular) reported

.@Xplornet your techs are trying to tell me that this flat line cap on my downloads at 9mbps since Sept 7th @ 4am is due to signal issues. I pay for 25mbps. This is not signal issues. That would fluctuate similar to before Sept 7. This is a traffic management policy gone bad.

@OntFarmerNews @Xplornet @Sharon_Grose If we tied bits to each rain drop, collected them in a barrel, somehow extracted those bits from the collected rain, and then put them on a hard drive, it would still be faster than your service.

  • LucasTGreen Lucas (@LucasTGreen) reported from Kingston, Ontario

Can’t wait for starlink to be available in rural eastern Ontario. Tired of xplornet and their terrible services @elonmusk

  • m3t4lw01f m3t4lw01f (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@Xplornet FAQ #41 Q: How much data can I use on your LTE service? A: As much as it will let you transfer. It's truly unlimited. We aren't worried because it's so slow you'll barely be able to use any anyhow.

  • JasonGaudet Jason N. Gaudet (@JasonGaudet) reported

@Bell My wish list is for better internet connection - I get max 7gb down on a good day with Bell. I need to switch to XplorNet

  • Dubbloseven Dubbloseven (@Dubbloseven) reported

95 mins on hold w/ @Xplornet last few times never called back on the call back option.
