Shout out to my internet company for having nothing but trash *** internet, throttling my already terrible speeds and making my ping jump to 600+ whenever i go to download/upload anything @Xplornet

  • fastjeff Fast Jeff (@fastjeff) reported

@Xplornet Hey, Ginger, tell the xplornet staff that they need to stand up for the plans that they are selling. For example, they promise a walkie and a treat a day, but never give more than potty time and crumbs. Xplornet, you're making Ginger cry with your lies.

  • Radeonis Joey Corney (@Radeonis) reported

@Xplornet This has been an ongoing problem now for months, I have been getting no where with technical support, I pay over 100$ a month for a service that drops down to >1mb/s after 5pm and with 22%+ packet loss on the network.

  • PeeverShawn The Lego Batman (@PeeverShawn) reported

@NiagarathisWeek Xplornet is horrible. We have it at work and we are constantly down. Not reliable at all. Seek other options, its 2021.

  • ShampooChugger Shampoo (@ShampooChugger) reported

@Xplornet Poor bastards. I could yell through a can and string to send a message faster than with Xplornet.

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

@Nick62289935 @Xplornet I got my call back on Friday. They sorted out my inability to log into myxplornet portal and I will see this week about the speeds issues.

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet and please tell me how you managed to provide less than 1mbps consistently for over a minute sometimes you would have either be really stupid or do this on purpose in order for a hybrid fiber Network to be this slow

  • m3t4lw01f Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported

@harrbca @Xplornet No they're just passively shutting me down🤪 Honestly, she just kept repeating that my signal quality is enough for the "up to" speed, my "very high" usage, and they make no guarantees you'll get the speeds. Maybe I should make no guarantees there will be money to pay the bill?

  • therealcpr83 Christopher Rogers (@therealcpr83) reported

@Xplornet There's our wonderful government throwing away tax dollars at horrible evil corporations filled with garbage employees and garbage services.

  • ldeichel Leonard Eichel (@ldeichel) reported

@jdtabish What's also intriguing is that all six service providers (Bell, Videotron, Cogeco, Telus, Sogetel and Xplornet) have signed agreements with Quebec committing to complete the build-outs by Sept. 2022.
