    @Xplornet xplornet: Come look at our pristine forests, there, you'll wander through majestic wildlands covered with UP TO 1000 trees. Their forest when you get there. That's their internet in a nutshell, avoid xplornet, they are a terrible ISP. #Starlink #cancelxplornet

    Been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting to speak to a Customer Representative at @Xplornet such poor service. Last time I requested a call back but no one called back. Nothing but issues with the internet service.

    @jgreig @adrienneivey Xplornet is the only option here. With 4 kids online schooling we had to pay for two dishes and two plans to get minimal access for the 4 of them even though one should have been more than enough if Xplornet had any intention of living up to their advertised service levels

    @JodiJDeJong @Agingandcranky @Xplornet Ours is back but doesn’t fix the laziness of this company. It’s sad because their call centre staff are full of great and understanding people that have nothing to do with the issues from the top down. Govt needs to get involved.
