@747_s @Bell @EORN_CA @SteveClarkPC @MikeBarrettON @Xplornet Our friends at @EORN_CA are supposed to be representing us but they’re endorsing an inferior service. They need to ditch Xplornet and support reliable, affordable carriers that people here can afford. I pay over $100 a month for 15 Mbps this is not a reasonable expense!

@GratisLoqui @Bell @EORN_CA I 100% agree. To @EORN_CA the problem has been solved and Xplornet was the solution in their eyes. Curious how many of the board members at EORN have that service. It’s not adequate. I have Joe 15 and currently getting 5 on a good day. 🤬

So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area. They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@LimestoneDSB "Internet access will be provided to students who are learning remotely and do not currently have access (where service is available)" We have xplornet which proved not to be up to the task at the end of last year...so whats the solution to that?
@YukonRadioDave Dave, has anyone talked to Xplornet? I called this morning, they're shutting down the older of two satellite platforms, affecting customers on that one that can't be switched to the newer (~3 years old) platform because of different coverage patterns.
@Xplornet @fontgirl You saying 'sorry' IS NOT cutting it! Calling you has over an hr wait time with NO RESULTS! After a week of you guys doing 'maintenance' (messages) your supposed service is at its worse. Loosing connection constantly! Get your **** together...
@AsButta @Xplornet Log in to their modem (DM me and I can share credentials) and take a look at the signal strength you're getting. Either your signal is too poor and it just won't give the speeds, or the tower you're on is just congested. My guess is on tower congestion.
I wonder what it feels like to be as universally hated as @Xplornet is. I also wonder who these people are that post testimonials saying they're happy with the service, because in reality I can't find a single person that's happy to be with them.
so miserable, was excited to finally receive internet at the cottage with @Xplornet and all I received was a bill for a site inspection with the news that no they were not able to give me any service, I was not informed when I set up the appointment there would be fee.
@smsaideman We lost both Bell cell service and rural Xplornet internet service, which are not connected (except, apparently, at an infrastructure level somewhere.)

@Bell and @Xplornet were down for about 30 mins in Crysler, about 35 mins. south east of Ottawa.
@QuinteNewsNow Seems like a region wide internet outage, I'm back up on xplornet though.
@shruti_shekar Seeing reports of rising problems across many carriers at the same time (Telus, Xplornet, Rogers, Videotron...). Common problem *could* be an issue with Bell backhaul/trunk which they all would interact with some.
