So I call @Xplornet for an upgrade as they have LTE now in my area.They send a dude a week later.Upgrade done..so I think. System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

@bkives @Xplornet internet and customer service is complete trash. They advertise you'll get a certain speed and then you never get that speed and they don't care when you call them out on it. Awful internet

Lots of Manitobans haven’t had a raise in four years because of your government austerity agenda. Jobs are fewer in rural Mb because of Gov’t cuts

@Xplornet Explore the sucks big....I’m supremely not pleased with the internet service... way tooooo many people on the beam in our area!!!!did a test today download speed 1.37 mbps, upload 1.5 mbps. Signed up for Star link.. guarantee 300 mbps download, minimum 130 mbps...

@jordanrynard @kijekijikokwe @Xplornet After multiple calls, I was finally told Rogers didn't support VPN connections over security about the type of traffic. They monitor and throttle torrents for example and don't want customers hiding traffic via VPN. After a week with Rogers I left. 2/2
