System fails right away. 3 hours on phone with tech support. Awaiting another appt..looks like another week. Upgrade during NHL playoffs was a bad idea.

I've only been a customer for a month and my speeds have gone down twice to where the internet is almost unusable. I'm paying for your highest speed plan. This shouldn't happen.
