    @miket136 After many years of being a happy Shaw customer, I dived into Xplornet swamp after moving rural. Last fall I cut all ties. I could not pay for 1 MBPS the price of the promised "improved" 10 MBPS. My cell provider delivered a good plan. I only Hotspot anymore.

    @Gympanzee28 The speeds are good MOST of the time, today was frustrating. Was down/up for a good portion between 9 and 10, but isn't the norm. Latency can be an issue for days of a lot of meetings. Lots of drops for 20 secs or pixilation. More stable 24/7 than xplornet, but latency...

    @Xplornet i have many times and it has been zero help, i upgraded from wi max to to LTE, no better...We checked my router, nope not the problem

    After several hours of bad internet I spent 30 min on hold with Xplornet support only to be told a new “congestion problem” at our local tower was identified today. Estimated time for repair? Could be up to one month he says 🤯🤯🤯
