Metal Wolf (@m3t4lw01f) reported@harrbca Xplornet tech moved me back to Vanscoy tower today. Was fine until I got home tonight and went completely offline for 45 minutes. Signal quality is *much* higher on this tower vs. Martensville though. Hopefully it stays like it is right now until my Starlink ships...

Brett Weston (@Cheford1) reportedDay 2 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

SoCietYZoMbiE (@realzombie2) reported@rastasack That's not bad at all...for the options we have. I am paying 140 for 50Mbit from xplornet, taxes included. Unlimited but have never seen 50Mbit yet....usually around 25 at best...only 1.5 upload....no other options though.

K Sheets (@kylie_dodds) reportedSick of having one only option for internet and it never working. Day 3 of internet not working more than it works. @Xplornet

Now I get to have no internet, and no ability to contact them to let them know it's not working.

mas (@thepooppack) reported@xplornet be like oh it’s 1 am? time to throttle ******** out of our rural customers internet service even though that’s who we SPECIFICALLY advertise our service for.
-
Stromer (@ItsStromer) reported@Xplornet I'm guessing they weren't using your garbage company for this right?
-
Nick (@Nick62289935) reported@Paulywoggsvoice @Xplornet The more "general interest" pieces they put out, the more they push down all the negative posts. It's a simple, yet transparent PR strategy...

Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported@Xplornet "High-speed internet", while not a legal term, is generally accepted in the industry to mean better than 25 Mbps down & 3 Mbps up. AFAIK, no Xplornet service tier meets that definition.
