Internet that is unreliable and slow. It rains it doesn't work. During the day doesn't work. I feel taken advantage of.

I taught an online class tonight and the students said the audio was pathetic cutting in and out constantly. I pay $140 a month and there is no reliability. Is there another provider I can use? I need help for online teaching.

If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?
