My So-Called Perspective (@lauren_blogger1) reportedBecause we have useless @Xplornet wifi, my son has to use his and our phone data. One day of school online used TWO GIGS of data. A day. Is this something the govt is going to compensate for as well?? We’ve blown through data for months. **** you @fordnation

Lord (@Lord47888486) reported@Xplornet we called in a week ago for service and still nothing. the internet was working better before we called how does that even work?

Jo Watier (@kowalat) reportedFirst day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.
-
John Joe (@TH3PHEERLESS) reported@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?
-
Dean H. (@loopholefarms) reported@LoudMouthedB @environmentca @Xplornet It's been crap since then.
-
Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported@Xplornet tried it already signal is slightly stronger but no where near the 25mg download speed threshold that we pay for. (yes I know that's a best case scenario number that is rarely reached) Our problem is the total signal drop that occurs almost daily. Why not admit you throttle?

Mads Sandbakken (@MadsTS) reported@Xplornet I sent a DM but no response as usual. The only thing reliable are my astronomic monthly bills. I'm on the track for over 10 k in household internet use. Internet that is unreliable and slow. It rains it doesn't work. During the day doesn't work. I feel taken advantage of.
