@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...and nobody returns the calls, how exactly are we supposed to contact you? Maybe your support email? But that just goes to a bot that replies to literally everything with "thanks, please phone us, we don't do tickets by email". And we gave you millions of dollars .....

@Xplornet @EORN_CA ...industry works. Scheduled outages are planned, and have a definite duration, and are done during non-disruptive hours. (Industry norm is midnight to 5am unless physically going up the tower is needed.) Issue 2: When you're making a change in production, you test it....

@Xplornet Details in your DMs, Xplornet, but we'll have this discussion in public so @EORN_CA and other #Xplornet customers are in the loop. Issue 1: You can't say "there will be scheduled downtime of indefinite duration between 7 am and 7 pm tomorrow". That's not how the telecom....

@Xplornet service is typically very good at my house. Today it’s absolute trash, and at the exact time I’m trying to stream a ball game. Get your **** together and do better.

i just delt with Ryan at xplornet and he was very rude implying that i had no common sense and eluding that I was stupid because i was old. I was very rude back to him. the curse of xplornet monopoly

@Xplornet Used to get around 50 Mbps in central Ontario and worked very well ! Not sure why some have issues ? I’m with Starlink now so 250 is normal.
