@dgouldca You don't want Xplornet. Their customer service is horrible and they have you running in circles with troubleshooting. If they send a tech without doing the trouble shoot, you have to suck up ALL the costs. They told me that today. Been fighting 2 months with them. It's SLOW!

@fanCRTCProfling @mediamorphis Two very viable candidates in addition to VTL. Xplornet: xCI already has a national Fixed Wireless network, mobile in MB and deep pocketed backers (Stonepeak Infrastructure). Cogeco: could split Freedom with XCI of Rogers decides to forgo adding a national competitor via XCI.

@SucksXplornet yep just reported their last tweet as “illegal products or services “. Why because Xplornet sucks. Come on rural fibre

  • MclellanDerek Derek Mclellan (@MclellanDerek) reported

@Xplornet I've done this several times. They can help basically said I'm sorry and gave me a credit. That's great for this month but I'm seriously getting charged 90 bucks a month for this garbage.

  • Michell25471779 Michelle (@Michell25471779) reported

@HoarderPrairie @Xplornet Agreed! I keep calling and they give me a run around. Tey sent me a part but it still doesnt work. I had to leave for work and they told me I had to cover the cost for the tech to come if I didn't do the trouble shoot on the phone. Robbing people blind.

@philletourneau @brockgs Brock is right about it taking us out of the dark ages! We had family living here for a while and the router easily handled 24 devices of which 5 or 6 were often streaming video. I replaced Xplornet which had provided reliable but slow service for 12 years. Enjoy the upgrade!
