@Xplornet How about some communication regarding when you’re going to have your service back up? As are many in rural Canada, I’m relying on your internet service and I’d like to know when I can get access. The lack of information is unacceptable.

  • MadsTS Mads Sandbakken (@MadsTS) reported

@Xplornet Xpolitnet steals. I have had over 1000 dollar bills two months in a row due to lock down/home office and home schooling. The gave me 40$ credit. What a joke. Be very careful and warned, they will trick you and take advantage.

I dont tweet often, but lately it seems like the only thing I have to tweet about is how bad the internet service is from @Xplornet - another wk of low speeds and intermittent disconnects!

  • ChristineErwin2 🇨🇦 Christine Erwin (@ChristineErwin2) reported

@Xplornet I called again this morning and finally got someone that could help. The other people had no idea what they were talking about.

  • G9Dude McDudeG9 (@G9Dude) reported

@Xplornet stop overselling your services. For the last year every night between 8-9:30 it becomes so dreadfully slow that it takes 3 minutes to load 4 seconds of a YouTube video

  • MATT627 Crumpy (@MATT627) reported

Nothing really sets me off like trying to do something on the internet and only having the WORST internet on planet Earth at my disposal. Thanks @xplornet

  • Twinntech Dan Twinn (@Twinntech) reported

@Xplornet First day since may 17 that service did not fail

  • JLCWood2017 Jenny Wood 🇨🇦 (@JLCWood2017) reported

@Xplornet we haven’t had internet for 2 days and 4 calls and your techs still tell us to do the same thing with no results now I’ve been on hold over 90 minutes. Getting sick of the slow service, long waits and still unable to get a solution. We need more options rural 🇨🇦

  • BlueSerenity15 Kaz 🇨🇦 (@BlueSerenity15) reported

@barks_katherine @Xplornet I agree 100%. I’ve had to reset my modem 5 times since 9:00 tonight. Calling service is useless. Looking at Nexicom now.

  • IanMcPHE7T2 Ian (@IanMcPHE7T2) reported

@Xplornet tried it already signal is slightly stronger but no where near the 25mg download speed threshold that we pay for. (yes I know that's a best case scenario number that is rarely reached) Our problem is the total signal drop that occurs almost daily. Why not admit you throttle?
