@RagenKajen @NETAGOwireless CCI was terrible, then @Xplornet bought them and it got even worse. There’s a reason everyone went from Xplornet to CCI in the first place. We have to have wifi off on our phones in order to stream tv in the evenings. Even then sometimes we just give up on it.

  • SeanGemm S. Jem (@SeanGemm) reported

@Xplornet No troubleshooting required. Your satellite service is overloaded and useless in its present state. Because it is a single satellite, upgrading capacity is next to impossible. Don’t waste your money folks.

  • LongReacher Darren White (@LongReacher) reported

@BrentAnderson10 @Xplornet Called customer service back, they tweaked some stuff, and I seem to be back up and running again. Good luck to the kids tomorrow.

  • soultrain123 Tracy L. (@soultrain123) reported

Our @SpaceXStarlink kit can’t come soon enough. I can’t wait to destroy our @Xplornet dish. Xplornet has been down since December 29 with zero action on the ‘case’ I opened. 43 minute call back time, no call back. I call back and wait 25 minutes. New call back time 52 minutes…

@Xplornet How is your internet this trash at 12:45 at night. Worst ISP

  • garrett_wolf3 Garrett Wolf (@garrett_wolf3) reported

@CadeTreacy @Xplornet @elonmusk I haven’t heard a single bad review. Glad we held off on getting a Telus hub, they ended up not being all they were cracked up to be in our area.

  • BNRichmond Brodie Richmond (@BNRichmond) reported

@xplornet couldn't have picked a worse time to shut down for maintenance. Everyone working from home and schools on remote learning this week. Maybe think about doing this after hours or wknd?

  • DavisonHawk Hawk Davison (@DavisonHawk) reported

@Xplornet Take your tower, throttling, price gauging and shove it. StarLink has arrived... 8 years of this crap. Let's go Xplornet!!!

  • BrentAnderson10 Brent Anderson (@BrentAnderson10) reported

@LongReacher @Xplornet Welcome to the struggles of life with satellite internet during online learning. There a chance the weather is bad in Saskatchewan. Thats what I was told when I called once.

@Maqaiti @northwestel We were reaching monthly limits with our Xplornet package within couple weeks during the last lockdown, causing our data to slow right down. Must be much more frustrating in places like Iqaluit
