    @AngryDalty @JohnRiche too many folks have issues with xplornet always dropping and speeds inconsistent

    @CompBureau @FP_Champagne Xplornet is a provider of last resort for people in rural and remote areas. Their FWA service can be okay and some people get along fine with it, but it is more expensive than comparable faster services available in cities.

    @redwoodacres @hugewalleye @Chris_bauer_LL Ouch. I think we will keep what we have as its been pretty good. Way better than the Xplornet crap we had 10 yrs ago.

    @Leslie48364805 @joe_warmington Call center, I can't deal with people anymore at all in any context, especilly over the phone. Did tech support for xplornet for 2.5yrs. liked the company and lived the job, but 90% of the customers were the worst. Kinda broke me lol.

    @Xplornet We continue to have connection problems with a 30 minute wait time to technical support.

    @BenKlass @CompBureau @FP_Champagne Xplornet is a terrible company, for every reason, and it's no stretch to highlight them as a choice of absolute last resort. After nothing but trouble with them, I eventually got another option in my area, only for them to end up bought out by Xplornet too... Starlink soon...

    @bluestockingetc @Xplornet WTF! They rely on an untrained individuals to remove the equipment they installed? Wow! That's high risk for a company to do.
