@Making8 @Xplornet I was able to get it after about 4 months waiting. I thinks it's actually better now. Support is not great but it's pretty much trouble free after it's setup. We're getting 80 mbps downloads instead of 3-4, so well worth it.

@rammyramramram @Xplornet If you want support faster call in asking to sign up for service. You'll get sales in a heartbeat. Then tell them what's wrong. It's the same guy working both lines anyhow.

  • charlie1105 Charlie Walker (@charlie1105) reported

@Xplornet There's no point, there's nothing that can be done my end - it's clearly elsewhere in your network that the problems occur, and your default response to every twitter complaint demonstrates your lack of care or customer support.

  • cbraedley Charles Braedley (@cbraedley) reported

@Xplornet Please use your platform to primarily promote your service, both current and planned.

  • starkinly Sara (@starkinly) reported

@Xplornet do you have an ETA of when service will be restored in Grafton, ON? I’m paying for no service currently and I’m not thrilled about it.

  • kevdevlyn Kevin Porter (@kevdevlyn) reported

@Xplornet I’m dancing to. Doing a happy dance now that I don’t have to pay you anymore for your **** service.

  • brandon90053725 brandon smith (@brandon90053725) reported

@Xplornet Fix your traffic management so I can get my full speed when I stream literally you are such a **** company your tech call me and they have no idea why the issue was going on and they say it’s congestion I think that’s bullshit and that you’re just a **** company throttling to 3mb

  • rammyramramram Ram (@rammyramramram) reported

@m3t4lw01f @Xplornet Man, running any of their social media, PR, or customer service, it must feel like you're a borderline scammer, eh? Like, you have to justify customers every day overcharging for something so basic, but knowing they have no alternative. The real Martin Shkreli of ISPs.

  • starkinly Sara (@starkinly) reported

@Xplornet Do you have an updated ETA of when we will be back up and running? Nearly 24hrs and its way past 9pm yesterday. We’ve been customers barely 2 weeks. I don’t like paying for a service we aren’t receiving.

  • KT_Koop Katie Koopman (@KT_Koop) reported

@authorgeriglenn @Xplornet YUP. We figure ‘up to’ should mean at least 75% full service of the $120 plus we pay a month.
