@Xplornet Maybe they should stop taking photos of deer & actually start doing their jobs. Terrible customer service & horrible internet. Incredibly low speed. Dropped calls on every 5 minutes and 13 MB downloads take up to 30 min. Can't wait for StarLink to expand their service and switch.

@MIchelleP8844 @Xplornet oh wow. that was happening to me awhile back but my internet provider came and fixed the wiring issues outside. Hope you can get that fixed. I know how annoying it is.

  • RGDancingMan @RGDancingMan (@RGDancingMan) reported

@RobTyrie @BellFibe @BellCanadaWatch Maybe they outsourced the service to Xplornet

@Klink89 @terry_seguin pt.2, however monthly it is around $100-120 CAD i believe.. in my personal opinion i feel like it's definitely worth the money as overall you'll have a more reliable service that is constantly looking to improve their product/service unlike Xplornet..

  • tlsaloranta tsaloranta (@tlsaloranta) reported

@LevisBecker I'm in SE Ontario. I'm lucky if I get 2 bars of cell service, and Xplornet is the only internet option....and it is unreliable and unstable.

  • Richard61773513 RAD🇨🇦 (@Richard61773513) reported

@Xplornet Terrible service. Can’t wait for my starlink dish.

  • MajorMiner3000 Kyle L. (@MajorMiner3000) reported

@huhwhatya @Xplornet Dont sign on with Xplornet, they are predatory and do not give service as advertised. Try to find ANY other alternative.

  • ItsAroz Aroz🍥 (@ItsAroz) reported

@Klink89 @terry_seguin i currently have Xplornet, and it is god awful for sattelite internet, i've pre-ordered Starlink back in early may or so, have still been waiting for global launch as beta testing isn't currently available in my area of Quebec Canada; Starlinks initial cost is a hefty 700 CAD

  • tweetvex Marc Pitre (@tweetvex) reported

@Xplornet Dear xplornet a 12 hour outage with no ETA is unacceptable .. without any notifications to your customer's and no explanation as to what is happening .."our technicians are on site trouble shooting" is a valid answer at this point.
