@DavidColetto And it is still utter garbage... Well done @Xplornet keeping shareholders happy and customers with crap internet. Let me just say using 2 towers with the same frequency was a bad idea....

  • CowInverted InvertedCow (@CowInverted) reported

@LegacyCanadian @Xplornet Let me suggest the only way to get a response from xplorenet. File a complaint with the CRTC Xplorenet will fix your issue within a few days after the complaint goes into investigations.

  • cakecatboy cat (vtuber ikea) (@cakecatboy) reported

@almost_somebody aww I'm canadian! I have xplornet, but I love this service a lot! I switch packages today so there's bound to be hiccups, I'm actually really happy with the service

  • ClayBreakerAB Dan (@ClayBreakerAB) reported

@HeatherPaddle @GregBecause Canadian tax payers give money to companies like @Xplornet via grants to supply service to remote locations. They are THE worst ISP on the planet. Everything is wide open for your 30 day trial, then they put the brakes in and your locked into a 2 years with unusable internet

  • BJ_Normand B.J. Normand (@BJ_Normand) reported from County of Camrose No. 22, Alberta

@Xplornet any upgrades to service coming to Meeting Creek area? 8am my speed drops to a trickle.

  • jamesbergeron James Bergeron (@jamesbergeron) reported

@xplornet I think your bandwidth policers are broken. I start downloading at 1Mbps about 2 mins later it drops to 20kb/s and my internet goes completely down. Pause download, wait 1 min, resume and it goes to 1Mbps and drops to 20kb/s again. Like clockwork!

  • wheatiepete Trevor PETERSEN (@wheatiepete) reported from Red Deer County, Alberta

@DTimchishen Us too. For what we pay the @Xplornet sucks. We are looking for something else. Was suggested to look into Telus Hub.

  • Real_McMunchie Derek Holowka 🇨🇦 (@Real_McMunchie) reported

As I sit in my house using my cellular data to work, my 30 minutes on hold with @Xplornet has now turned into 1 hr 15 minutes on hold and counting. Left Xplornet because of constant issues but got swallowed up into it again when they bought Netset. I pay too much for this.

  • JeffMarrrrrchan Marchant, JP (@JeffMarrrrrchan) reported

@madinuk @FrankReardon1 Im not trying to minimize your concerns but the vast majority of rural Canadians are unable to connect. Our county council for example just spent 2M with xplornet to introduce LTE service, its $99/month for 25mbps. I just got online, I had previously had 1mbps for the same price

  • markobilal Marko Bilal (@markobilal) reported

@Xplornet You are the worst garbage provider I've used since Rogers. Limiting bandwidth for a rural area and capping speed in 2020. I hope Musk buries you
