First day back to work and can’t connect to @Xplornet network due to “maintenance issues” that could last 5 hours! What a joke, slowest, most unreliable ever.

@Xplornet I sent a DM but no response as usual. The only thing reliable are my astronomic monthly bills. I'm on the track for over 10 k in household internet use. Internet that is unreliable and slow. It rains it doesn't work. During the day doesn't work. I feel taken advantage of.

Because we have useless @Xplornet wifi, my son has to use his and our phone data. One day of school online used TWO GIGS of data. A day. Is this something the govt is going to compensate for as well?? We’ve blown through data for months. **** you @fordnation

@Xplornet Hi. I just need a 'yes' or a 'no' to this question, but I believe my LTE dish got turned by the wind (Or maybe a bird or smthg) and now my connection is kinda crap. If I contacted tech support to request a dish reorientation, would I be required to pay for it?
