You can’t fix my problem till you fix the tower. Most of the people in my area are switching over to star link. I will too this spring.

I reset the router & modem multiple times, bypassed the router & hooked the modem directly to a laptop and still nothing. Any eta on when it will work again?

Currently it is OFF peak time for me, according to customer service. Still bad laggy internet. Ive had ALL your available packages and no difference.
