@Xplornet This company is brutal! Every other week you guys are "working" on the tower. Fix the tower in Harrowsmith the first time properly and you idiots wouldn't have to go back 3 times a frigging month ! **** company

  • medic969 Rob Good (@medic969) reported

@Xplornet Thanks. That’s what I figured. Have you ever thought of an app that customers could go to see outages and estimated fix times? Kind of like what @FortisAlberta has for power issues?

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

@Bill5250 @Xplornet I have done this! Supposed to be before the end of 2021... Until then, I have to deal with providers who don't actually care about keeping me as a customer.

  • miket136 Michael Thomlinson (@miket136) reported

@reikokoyama79 @Xplornet I've been on the list for Starlink for ages. Had Xplornet years ago and had to bail; terrible service and performance.

  • thewilkster77 wilkster (@thewilkster77) reported

@elonmusk Been waiting since Feb hope it's soon xplornet isn't usable anymore oversold the network please take my money lol I would rather it go to someone who is being innovative to make my life easier than the big 3 in canada who don't care about anything other than profit

  • Susanglowaburg Susan Glowa Burgess (@Susanglowaburg) reported

@Xplornet Go with Starlink, run from Xplornet! Worse service, horrible customer service! You can thank me later because you will have enough data and the speed to do so!

  • stockyrds Stockyrds (@stockyrds) reported

So its quite apparent that @Xplornet wasnt properly prepped to assimilate with cci. They didnt even give a heads up that they were migrating the 2 together. Day 4 without home service and 6 phone calls later and still nothing. Thzts the type of service rural people deal with!

@Xplornet @JKosuth Your tech support can b never fix the problem duh you need more towers,I've been bitching about it since Feb and soon as I find a faster company I'm leaving you people

  • owenfrank owenfrank (2-3-1) (@owenfrank) reported

@RobertELaurie @LFarmakoulas My understanding from minimal research is monthly fees are about the same as Xplornet but you have to purchase the equipment upfront (+/- $350 USD). But my Xplornet is almost as slow as dial up some days and Starlink is allot faster

  • agento1001 Mike Mac (@agento1001) reported

@Xplornet 45 Minutes on the phone just to cancel a service AND THEN they tell me I have to climb a ladder and retrieve some piece of the dish before they can cancel? What a ******* JOKE!
